Getting comfortable with the uncomfortable. A couple months ago this was NOT a comfortable movement due to my lack of mobility. Stretching properly before workouts as well as stretching throughout the day has worked wonders. You’re only as strong as you are mobile☝🏼295x1 275x2 #Frontsquat
