So Tuesday thoughts!
It all started with the fact when I always tell maintain a balance between protein carbs fats etc etc!
Not from medical background so have been reading books!😐
Here to what I have learnt so thought to share!
It’s now a fact I believe most of us follow to have a healthy portion of protein carbs and veggies in your meal bowls!
But did you know or atleast I got to know now the role of Vitamin B 6 to absorb protein well in the body!
So if you are a vegetarian with all your protein sources you can add starchy potatoes carrots soy products cereals etc
And non vegetarians fish is wonderful source of vitamin B6!
This morning I decided to write a list of all of the jobs that I have on the go because I felt like there were too many things and I’d probably forget something.
Turned out to be a much bigger list than I thought, but I also managed to smash heaps more than I thought I could (with 3 kids underfoot, 2 of whom were awake and about me all day) 👌😃.
I recon we’ll all sleep well tonight.

This may be because kiwi fruit is high in #serotonin and #folate . Folate deficiency being liked to insomnia. It may be because kiwis reduce oxidative damage in the body by being high in #antioxidants thus improving sleep quality... 🥝 🥝 🥝 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
More research is needed however for those with a sweet tooth after dinner, it seems kiwis are a perfectly justified dessert 😋
