Back to that grind. #watchmework I always hated cardio honestly. But I love the new part of fitness 19 with the turf. It allows me to run with my cleats and do ladders back in my football days. Trying to continue to cut and gain muscle.

Physically and mentally my toughest week yet. Physically training wise Ive had 4 sessions with @nrgnath using only my legs or one arm I've not just tolerated the sled for power walks. One armed.. battle rope waves n slams, kettlebells, TRX and this bastard thing. I've got the job done. So huge progress. I've given my all and am genuinely delighted. The more I've moved the less pills I have needed. A huge boost. Mentally and emotionally though it's been tougher than I ever expected at this stage.. every day...is a battle with my mind. .. going from one extreme to the other. This has to be my priority now... To be honest I wasn't going to post this as Insta is all about positivity, happiness, self glory and often not real.. but this is me and I will always be honest. I could just post the positives but that would be fake. Recovery from anything is tough. I could just say nothing and smile as thats easy or I say how tough recovery is. Fitness is mental and physical after all.
