At the southern tip of the Baja California Peninsula, the Gulf of California and the Pacific Ocean meet the subtropical desert landscape of the Los Cabos region in Baja California Sur.
Los Cabos is located about 900 miles southeast of San Diego, California. A region of mountains and coastal plains, the mostly desert area is dry and rocky with over 320 days of sunshine each year and less than 10 inches of rain. Mountains punctuate the landscape and are formed mainly of volcanic rock.
I was captivated by the gorgeous view from my hotel room and photos don't do this place any justice. As the trip date got closer, I was looking forward to test out my camera and lens to create some landscape photography pieces. My mother has always wanted a very scenic landscape piece blown up and mounted on a wall in her house. This was not it, but I think I did create one which I will show you guys later on after I finish editing it.
This specific piece will be on my website for purchase shortly. It will be printed on gallery quality, Ultra HD Fuji Crystal Professional Archive Maxima paper. My website will launch in the next few weeks and i'll post the details soon. Give me your thoughts on this image, what do your eyes focus on most?
