The last skill is the rainbow. If you master this skill it can be effective. It is is still not as effective as other skills in my opinion, however, it can still work in some situations. I would recommend you learn this one to do for fun and for style points but chances are that you will hardly ever use this in a game.
My goal with the last 12 posts was to provide you with a variety of skills that you can start practicing to increase your ability to deceive opponents in a game. Come back to them whenever you need new ideas for skills and to remind yourself in which situations these skills can be effective.
Happy training 😁Watch the full uninterrupted video on my YouTube channel (link in bio)!
I met this young baller when he was in the 8th grade going into his freshman year of high school. Now justin is going into his sophomore year at M.I.T. as the starting outside back. He knows the grind doesn’t stop so neither does his work ethic which you can see in this clip. It has been a privilege to watch him grow as a player on the field and as a man off of it. I’m looking forward to seeing him ball it up this year! @mr2elite #trainlikeapro#trainlikeamachine#mr2elite
7 year old Alex working on different turns all about repetition and working on turns going both ways. Great worth ethic and always wants to improve those qualities start at home then brought to the training track. Pleasure working with the little legend ⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️
Term 3 programs are up and running all over Sydney coach James in action, our fundamental movements program based around soccer ⚽️ is a hit with children. Our main goal is for the children to continue playing the game outside of their respective schools and join local clubs/organisations so they play the game⚽️ for many years to come. If we start this process between the ages of 2-6 our job is ✅ ✅

If your not an athlete then maybe it’s time to stop trying to define your fitness. Maybe a better goal is simply to be able to do whatever you want, whenever you want. Your body should never be the reason you are holding back.
Skill 11/12 is the scoop and over move. This skill looks cool but it can only be effective only in very specific situations. Practice it for fun and for style points, but unless you truly master this skill, you will probably never use it in a game because there are many other skills that you can use in similar situations with less risk of losing the ball. It really is about doing the little things.
Got invited to participate in this great cause with some great people. Softball game for Down Syndrome curated by my man @ejlau11 . So so proud of him!!! I have all but 5 mins because of my nutty schedule 😕. Still when it comes to causes like this I will carve out 5 mins to cut a check and give my man big hug to show support.
If anyone knows anything about “paying it forward” it’s folks like Eddie Lau. I am honored to be asked. I did my part back in the day and it’s evident he is now doing his.
BRAVO to you @ejlau11 and all of his guests coming thru today.
