🍋ЛИМОННОЕ МАСЛО.
Глава с картофелем ещё не закрыта. А это масло очень хорошо дополняет его. Получается такой сливочный, свежий лимонный аромат и вкус.
Заготовить можно и побольше, хранить в морозилке. Если сделаете небольшое количество, то и холодильник сгодится.
🌿2 крупных лимона
🌿150 г сливочного масла
🌿2 ст.л. жирной сметаны
🌿соль по вкусу
Масло должно быть мягким. Измельчить цедру лимонов. Отжать 2 ст.л. сока. Цедру, сок и сметану взбить, добавить соль. Тщательно смешать с маслом.
Можно просто обернуть плёнкой и убрать в холод. Или же застелить плёнкой какую-то ёмкость, выложить туда лимонное масло и оставить в холодильнике до застывания, а затем переложить в тарелку.
Очень хорошо подходит к отварной картошке.

I think once you get in the hang of meal prepping  it gets so much easier, 
I meal prep for a calorie deficit and to count my macros, not to starve. 
It means I can take the stress away from not knowing what to eat, 
Meal preps don't have to be bland or boring, they can be your favourite comfort food, but in the correct portions, as portion control has always been something I struggle with, it also means I have healthy food ready to go.

1 (3-inch) cinnamon stick
1 (1-inch) piece turmeric, unpeeled, thinly sliced, or 1/2 teaspoon dried turmeric
1 (1/2-inch) piece ginger, unpeeled, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon virgin coconut oil
1/4 teaspoon whole black peppercorns
Ground cinnamon (for serving) 
Whisk coconut milk, cinnamon, turmeric, ginger, honey, coconut oil, peppercorns, and 1 cup water in a small saucepan; bring to a low boil. Reduce heat and simmer until flavors have melded, about 10 minutes. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into mugs and top with a dash of cinnamon.

Day 78 - Breakfast
Breakfast in bed 🥳. Went for the classic @alpro coconut yoghurt (5 table spoons) with oats and @bonnemaman_us jam for breakfast. 
I have found over the years that eating breakfast seems to make me way more hungry throughout the day so I end up eating way more than I should. It’s almost like breakfast kick starts my metabolism and then all I want is food. I am going to try having a bigger breakfast over the next few days to see it that helps.

Recovery has taught me to look at things from a different perspective. I’m only human and struggle with bad body image on certain days, but then looking back on the time when I was much skinnier than I am now simply makes me proud of how far I’ve come. I’m the misery I was in back then, I only had 2 choices - recovery, or spending the rest of my life in and out of hospital, friendless, unable to do anything else with my life other than staying skinny. Yeah, I’m much thicc-er now (lol) than I was at one point in my life, but I’m loving it because the extra weight has meant the difference between being obsessed with food, working out for 4 hours a day, being alone all the time and potentially spending the rest of my life in misery, and feeling strong and confident, studying my favourite subject at university, loving food without thinking about it all the time, being more social than ever, and so many other positive things that have happened to me because of recovery. I guess what I’m trying to say with this little ramble is that recovery is very much possible, and the difficulties of it are worth the end result! In other news, here’s a nourish bowl I had yesterday (with a lot of tahini drizzled on top after the photo, of course). Hope you’re all having a great week so far! 💚

Yeah, I’m much thicc-er now (lol) than I was at one point in my life, but I’m loving it because the extra weight has meant the difference between being obsessed with food, working out for 4 hours a day, being alone all the time and potentially spending the rest of my life in misery, and feeling strong and confident, studying my favourite subject at university, loving food without thinking about it all the time, being more social than ever, and so many other positive things that have happened to me because of recovery. I guess what I’m trying to say with this little ramble is that recovery is very much possible, and the difficulties of it are worth the end result! Here's a fun way to jazz up left overs. Make up a home made 3 ingredient flat bread. Then add your left overs I had left over spicy mince from spaghetti bolognese, coriander, grated cheddar, red pepper, micro greens and home made curry aioli.

Fkin Yum. Holy shit. So yum.

Flatbread recipe via Bigger Bolder Baking https://bit.ly/2QGz3E7 1 cup plain flour, 2 teaspoons baking powder, 1 cup plain yoghurt. Mix to dough - add extra flour if too sticky, roll out (like an autobot) - brush one side in garlic butter, fry garlic butter side down first and then other. Drool away baby. Drool away.

They are the best, quickest and healthiest snack around.  If you haven't had them for awhile (as we hadn't) or perhaps haven't tried them with your family... They go SO crispy and with a bit of himalayan or sea salt #kidslovethem  Even for #fussyeaters #givethemago

Ingredients:
🌿 1 to 2 bunches Kale
🌿 Olive Oil
🌿 Sea salt
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Directions:
🌿 Preheat oven to 160 degrees or 140 fan forced
🌿 Remove Kale from stalk, leaving the greens in large bite sized pieces & scatter over a baking tray. 🌿 Sprinkle over the kale a little olive oil & sea salt.  Rub / massage the oil and salt gently onto the kale leaves until all well covered.
🌿 Place in the oven & bake for 10 – 15 minutes or until they turn a golden brown.  Keep an 👁 on them as they burn quickly.  In Joy! ✅ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And be quick - they won't last long! 😋 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
For added flavour sprinkle with a little crushed garlic or spice, such as curry or cumin after rubbing on the olive oil.
