As you get closer and closer to a deadline. Calories may start to become a bit bleak in the final few weeks. Always try and stay on top of things and don’t get caught short with food or meals. Always opt for nutrient dense food with a lot of dietary fibre as they tend to be lower in kcals and they increase satiety for as for a sustained amount of time 🕑
Find a routine that works well for you with your diet. I’m usually up most mornings at 05:30 and when I’m dieting I tend to fast for the first part of the day. I’ll take my supplements and greens powder first thing upon wake and then when I’m hungry after training a few clients I’ll have my first meal then save a lot of food up for later in the day as this is when I tend to find hunger and cravings cave in. I’m a massive advocate of routine. Find a way that works for you consistently. Your main variables that are really going to be 🔑 when you’re #dieting are:
✅ Hunger and cravings
✅ Performance ✅ Energy throughout the day
