The undercarriage of OV-104 (Orbital Vehicle) aka #Shuttle#Atlantis at the KSC.
You can see the reentry into the atmosphere burn marks on its final mission in July 2011. So much history in those markings.

The OV-104 (Orbital Vehicle) aka #Shuttle#Atlantis at the KSC.
Atlantis performed the last shuttle flight STS-135 in July 2011. It's first was STS-51 in Oct 1985.
Such an emotional visit to the shuttle, and breathtaking to see the payload doors open with the arm extended.
Thanks @rocketheels for being my tour guide.
This is one of my favorite shots of the two of us. We didn’t agree on everything. But on this day, we agreed that flying out the Shuttle safely on our watch was a major accomplishment (and something we promised President Obama we would do)! #proudday#sts135#shuttleatlantis
STS-135 landed 7 years ago today, marking the end of the Space Shuttle Program after 30 years of flight. These giants are still my favorite flying machines ❤️👩🏻🚀👨🏻🚀🚀🛰
I have been very lucky to have seen 2 of the Space Shuttles exhibited in the USA. First was Atlantis and @kennedyspacecenter completely blew my mind with the reveal. My wife will tell you I am never lost for words or particularly emotional but #shuttleatlantis has been into space and I was almost close enough to touch her. The second was #shuttleendeavour in @californiasciencecenter and although just as impressive my heart was still with #Atlantis . Hopefully one day I will get to see the other #spaceshuttles#spacetweep
The #ShuttleAtlantis was amazing and awe-inspiring and moving! My dad, who is hard to impress, was totally blown away. He even said he thought seeing the shuttle made the ticket worth the money (and he doesn’t think anything is ever worth the money). #kennedyspacecenter#nasa#capecanaveral
