So I have been working on myself from past 6 years. I was not much about cuts shreds and all of these muscles. In the beginning I also started as a person who was damn fat and wanted to get back into shape.there was no one to guide me at that time. But one thing was visibly good in me I was having a great lower body strength. I use to lift really heavy without being having any kind of special knowledge about this field or guidance. So I was preparing myself for my first powerlifting championship, when I got my shoulder dislocated, my shoulder still can’t be at it’s 100% as it was but I wanted to get back to my sport. So I consulted highly professional doctors, sports nutritionists, athletes and spent a greater chunk of money, I had to drop my plans for new car,managed with my studies and home,made many more sacrifices just to be what I wanted to be. But today people just see all of these muscles, strength and endurance but they don’t want to take a peak on what I have done to look like this. How much knowledge I have to carry with myself to be at my best.
I am not glorifying my sacrifices many People make bigger sacrifices then me. But I at least have nothing to do with their life’s. I can only help them when they need me and work on myself when they don’t need me💪🏼

Fitness and rest of my life.
Fitness obviously covers a great part of life, but it is not my life. You can say that because of fitness I do feel great and obviously fill many empty spots. But in my other life I have my mom who had always supported me and never turned her back on me, was always there for me when I needed someone’s assistance. I have injuries and failures which have thought me about the cruel reality of life and also made me respect my pain. I have my studies which gave me knowledge about almost every field and made me hungry for knowledge and self acknowledgment. I can’t have a relationship because I know that I am a super dynamic person, I need a core reason to stick around with a commitment and as far as I have seen no one can give me that reason. So I have a spot where I can dedicate my self to fitness and knowledge. Keep your heart in the control of your mind and don’t waste your precious gifts 💪🏼💪🏼
Feel the heat
The worst thing that you can do is training under AIR CONDITIONING .
Well most of the people are having AC at their cribs fort their comforts. But when you are doing workout, you just have to be step out of your comfort zone so that you could sweat.
If your sweat is not coming out of your body then what is the meaning of doing workout.
To stimulate blood in your muscles you need heat, no matter how hot the weather is your body will always find its own way to adjust with the weather and sweating helps you body a lot to adjust with the weather but if you are working out under AC Your body will be exposed to various kinds of problems.
Step out of the comfort and feel the heat💪🏼
Legs and arms day
It’s legs day obviously my best day. Today Instead of lifting heavy I gave a thought of training all of those under trained muscles of my legs and hamstrings are among those muscles that I haven’t trained from past two weeks. So trained hamstring after squatting upto just 120 kg 4 reps.

Well I have been doing workout from past six years. Having number of injuries on my body. Even I had seen number of ups and downs in both of my personal and professional life. But one thing is clear that I am not a quitter 💪🏼💪🏼
➡️ number of people have came to me that you are doing all of these workouts naturally. You are not going to recover fast you will feel a lot of pain you will not grow that much. Guys all of these things are bullshit. Reason I don’t take steroids is because i had seen a number of people crying because of the side effects they are facing after using such substances. I am not a self destructive person. I believe In making myself....but not drowning myself into such things. Where as recovery, nutrition and workout is concerned my whole team is working on me....a team which is having a great knowledge about this sport.
I am not judging you that you should not take such things. You just take it but on your own risk. If you know what you are doing then who am I to tell you. But remember god has given you the best he ever can. Just be more resourceful and work on it🙏
Peace of mind
Peace of mind is what brings the desired results on you. Peace of mind makes you more human. Stress, anxiety and self distructive nature not worth taking. All of these things do affects me too, but one thing is good in me I.e give pardon and keep moving forward. World is just worth a place to live, just have a motive in your life to be something ❤️
Legs,deadlift and arms
As you many know already that I am good at squats and deadlift. The reason is prior to my fitness model career I started my journey as a power lifter. It was only 160kg I can pull upto 6reps on it but I don’t want myself to get into it,because I need to work on rest of my workouts also. Where as @jsb.official my new client was not expecting 150 kg of deadlift on the very first day of his training session swipe ➡️left for his video .

The best thing that will never let you down is your faith in your own self. Every single odd you face, every single sleepless night is for a reason. Every single oz of energy you loose to achieve something is for a reason. The reason is this that every single thing tests your patience and your faith in yourself. My faith in myself says to stay strong,stay good 🙏🙏🔥

Good or bad ,right or wrong, intentionally or unintentionally. What so ever I have done I own my shit. I never blame others that they have wrong with me because they don’t have enough guts to accept their responsibility. All they do is blame others for their own sins. But make them hollow from inside. Sorry for the poor lightning guys but this is the best I can do right now. Yesterday I loaded carbs in the evening and I was happy to have a giant cheat meal because within two days I had lost quite a lot of weight because of higher intensity of workout . ——————————-❤️❤️
I am feeling tightness in my whole back so I gave it a nice squeeze and to understand what is wrong. That’s why I shot this video. As you May see there is a little stiffness and a little inflammation in my lower back. This caused because of the overtraining. I can reduce that right now by means of some home remedies. But I need another pair of hands for that. So I would have to go to the physiotherapy for this🔥🔥
Legs and arms day
I told him not to give support but he wasn’t able to understand....I started from 60kgs raised upto 150 kg ....I usually squat 10 reps each set with progress live weights up to 100kg .
I skipp 90kgs and 110kgs and 4 reps After 120kgs till I collapse on squats 🤣🤣
In this video it was 150kgs I told the guy not to support me but he didn’t listened.....because of which in the first rep I was not able to sit properly.....but in second reps i made it full but was not happy and lost my mood over squats.
But it’s ok it went well from past couple of weeks💪🏼💪🏼
Well well well
Lost 8 pounds of weight within two days...... haven’t reduced the level of carbs not even raised levels of protein.....it’s just the level of workout intensity that I had raised from past two days...and it’s paying off🔥🔥🔥
I am not only looking buffed but also shredded.....and it’s all natural baby ❤️
But still I need a recovery session by tomorrow...as you can see a straight like on my last abdomens is because of the cramp that I have got today....but it ok...it’s not giving me any pain right now but I am feeling a little strain at that area...but it’s ok I have got @navinderpals as my physiotherapist....MPT in sports...I hope he will figure it out 💪🏼💪🏼
Shoulders and triceps day
I was just about to start my work on shoulder. But even after warm up I was feeling strain in my scapular muscles,and shoulders.....🧠 so I used my mind a little before indulging into any compound weight or heavy weight training....
I used bell weights as starter sets which not only released all my strains but also gave full length to my deltoids 💪🏼💪🏼
There was a time when I use to believe that my skinny ass will never grow and when I started growing...I was damn! Fat and today....I am muscular and strong and can make a run of 1600m in 5.39 minuets...journey was difficult but I made it happen 💪🏼
Brought the hell out of my work today....3 hours of intense workout....you can imagine the level of heat I went through.. It was legs ,arms and core 🔥🔥🔥
I had always observed on my body that when ever I train arms after legs....they grow faster and better....a tip from my side 🙏

I am not feeling well today...
I was not feeling good from the time I woke up....whole of my body was in strains and low on energy....and rest of the day was also not good.....there was a lot of work load and study shit....and also got hurt in gym....so I have decided to complete the whole of my work by tomorrow and bring back my strength by 6pm....

Trained like an assassin today 🔥🔥
Had to put my hoodie on....why I did so.....??
Because its humid and some candy ass people in gym can’t bear their own sweat...so they switch on the Air Conditioner at full blast and then they workout....well because I was feeling sick.....reason when you sweat your body maintain its temperature by adjusting itself in accordance with the sweat on your body....but when your sweat comes in contact with Cool air of AC it turn very cold and the temperature of your body goes steep from its required limit...and your immune system gets confused about your body temperature because of which you get exposed to variety of diseases....and I can explain this to the the idiots of my gym....so I turned myself into an assassin😂😂 so that I could contain my own heat🔥🔥

I had dedicated myself to train my body,my soul and my mind. I have been training myself from the very beginning of my adulthood. Just for one reason that I know how much a wrathful person I am. Even after so many injuries I had never stopped training just for one reason.....to channelise my anger towards the success that I deserve. I just have nothing to do with what people think about me or themselves, but the thing that belongs to me is my strength and my pain, that defines me every day🔥🔥
