So in this video I am performing a front raise exercise using three different pieces of equipment. The reason for this video is incase the dumbbells are taken then you can use a barbell & incase the barbell & dumbbells are taken you can use a plate 💪🏼🙌🏼
SETS & REPS:

I usually neglect shoulders during my workouts so I wanted to do a whole workout dedicated to it this week and I really enjoyed focusing on them and trying new exercises! I did 4 sets of 10-12 reps for each exercise with a challenging weight 💪
Real life...I cried a lot on my two days off. So much that I’m pretty sure that’s what caused my eye infection. That being said, I used an extra day off to not infect others, and to workout...twice. I crushed the gym, today. I did some PRs and also managed to do some cardio. But seriously, pass the eye drops, please. It hurts to blink. I also scrubbed the heck out of every bar and weight I touched. I did not spread my plague.
#shoulderworkout I sustained a shoulder injury a few weeks back and haven't been able to lift any heavy weight without significant pain, I then discovered a different simple rotation of the wrist and 90% of my pain disappeared and I also discovered it activated my side delts like never before, so I can't called it my own but if your in the same predicament try it but start out light and be focused on the movement
Another upper day completed, this time I’m blessing your timelines with an improved shirtless picture (trust me the progress one is definitely not my best 😂)
Starting to look towards the school year cut since we’re almost to the point I think I should. Trying to pack on a few more pounds before actually doing it. Other than that I hope all you guys are killing it this week! Much love!
Happy Saturday to everyone! Here's a great little shoulder workout had me pumped and hurtinggg😓🔥 started with light weight delt side, front and back raises and added some cable exercises in at the end! Kept my sets at 4 throughout and reps 6-10 😅
Here’s a little shoulder workout from today 👊🏻 I’m posting it now rather than later because I’ll probably be sleeping- haven’t been feeling very good all day and am suddenly shakey and pale so I’m just gonna drink some water and lay in bed the rest of the night
SHOULDER PAIN// 💪
Our jobs can take quite a toll on our bodies. Sometimes we are required to move our bodies in repetitive ways that aren’t natural movements.
