There is no real secrets to arm gains. Heavy compounds and pullups grow your arms as much as isolation movements but compounds work multiple muscles at the same time. So why waste your time doing isolations as a beginner lifter?

some of the back and shoulders workout I did today with a little bit of abs to finish it off
Seated row 100x10 superset with single arm dumbbell rows 30x10 per arm 3 sets
Military barbell press 40x8 3sets
Shoulder press 70 per side x 10 3sets
Finished off with knee raises till failure
I need to get my rear delts popping out of skin again , decreasing the amount of carbs is a bitch but it’s necessary if you are trying to get cut , no I don’t do zero carb hell no but I’m carb cycling I hate feeling flat but it’s a necessary process in order to achieve my goal. Btw 24 h fitness has the worst lighting and sound track of all corporate gyms
P.R. 325 single leg deads.
I have no idea if this will transfer to a Normal Deadlift, but they are insanely hard (I almost passed out after the left foot) and Im having fun. The fun,Im afraid, will be ending soon though because serious training is about to start.
Please don't max on these if you have any hip or knee issues. Seriously. These are therapeutic with low weight only.
