💥DR FAT CHALLENGE ALERT💥
😈Alright squad time for your next challenge!! This one is taken from @tfc.australia and it’s simple but tougher than you think! All you require is a shoe, a lounge room floor, and a nice rainy Sunday afternoon to test out those hips...and we all know the hips don’t lie😏
📝Take a shoe of your liking and balance it on the bottom of your foot (high heels are recommended). The objective is to roll onto your stomach then over again onto your back, once here take a moment to enjoy whatever awesome cramps you have then proceed to return back to your starting position once again without losing the shoe! It’s pretty damn simple there ain’t no tricks, but that certainly doesn’t mean it’s easy!
Complete the challenge with both legs.
Complete the challenge with your preferred leg.
Complete a full rollover but don’t return to starting position.
