Sundays are for food prepping! I have finally found a lunch that is easy that Kendall will eat daily. Now that I found it, I bought some bento boxes so I am not using ziplock bags like they are going out of style!
Basically this is a homemade Lunchable that I feel good about.

Daisy’s Favorite Frozen Treats
1 cup water
8 oz (1 container) plain non-fat yogurt
Chunky foods to put in the molds.
Yep, that’s it. So simple, but she adores them. I just use jumbo silicone muffin liners/treat cups I got off Amazon. Mix the water and yogurt. Place whatever chunky foods you want in the mold and then fill them with the yogurt mix. It makes 4 treat cups.
For this batch, I had blueberries, bananas, and strawberries that needed to be used up. These are her faves. And I just put the dollop of peanut butter on after they were filled. You can also use leftover meats or vegetables (cooked or uncooked). And you can substitute beef/chicken/vegetable broth for the water. Whatever works best for you and depending on their taste.
These have been a favorite afternoon favorite treat for her during all the heat we’ve had. I would suggest giving it to them outside. These are a little sticky as they melt. Enjoy!!
