Did you know that the cedar is the tree on the Lebanese flag as well as their national emblem? I really think that Lebanon is an underrated country. ...
Is it safe to visit? I think very much so despite the noise about the safety for tourists there. Just be a smart traveler like you would anywhere else and avoid places too close to the Syrian border. We've been to Lebanon several times now (and probably will a lot more now we're in the Middle East!) and couldn't recommend going to Beirut enough. If you like yummy food, rooftop parties, delicious wine and diversity of people and history - this is a great off-the-beaten-path destination. 🌲🇱🇧🌲
I'm curious, has anyone been to Lebanon or want to go in the future? ...
I want to experience everything. I want to see it all. This may sound demanding or spoilt, like I don’t appreciate all I have. But it just hurts knowing that I might never sleep under the stars in the middle of nowhere or kiss in the azure ocean after trying to discover everything underneath its dazzling surface. That I might never know what it feels like to wake up in a different country after an 8-hour bus ride and have the freedom of not knowing where I am going next. I want to wake up at 4 AM to climb three kilometers and feel my heart breaking as I watch the sunrise from above. I want to meet extraordinary men and women who change my perspective in everything I thought I knew.
I have promised myself to visit at least one place each year that I have never been to before. Barcelona was a first for me this year, along with Budapest and Hamburg, so guess I can revisit Italy and Oslo next month 😄 who’s made the same promise? 🌍

The @conradftlbeach had the perfect activity available, pool side for the little ones. Rian was able to make a beautiful picture frame and take a photo with her dad, to give it to him on Father’s Day. Do you prefer that your kids give you homemade gifts? He loved it!
be a rainbow in someone else’s cloud ☁️🌈
this is a reminder to be there for the people that love you ❤️ sometimes it may be obvious that they need you, but other times it may not. The recent suicides of Kate Spade and Anthony Bourdain were a reminder that sometimes people need you more than it may seem. So whether the cloud is big or small, remember to be a rainbow, or even a hint of one.
📍Lagos Plitvice, Croacia.
[ENG] The Plitvice lakes are a perfect spot to enjoy nature in Croatia. Their sidewalks surrounded by beautiful lakes and vegetation are worth a visit in the hot days of summer.🌞🌳💧
Anyway, in summer it gets crowded very easily so it's important to wake up a bit early. And sadly, swimming is forbiden! 🙅🏊
This place brings back so much memory. The day after I arrived in Sydney, I decided I was going to see an opera at the Sydney Opera house. I asked the fellow travellers who stayed at the same hostel to accompany me hoping someone would say yes and I wouldn't have to experience this alone. They were all like "Mate! You are staying at a backpackers' hostel and you are going to splash out to see an Opera?" I thought to myself "Just because no one else wants to do what you want to do doesn't mean you shouldn't do it". So, I walked over to the Opera House, got myself a ticket to see La Boheme for that evening, went back to the hostel and dressed up for the opera. I sat amongst the audience with a glass of prosecco in my hand whilst listening to the beautiful music composed by Puccini. It was perfect.

It’s been three years since I’ve had Pizza da Michele! AKA the day I fell in love with Napoli 😍😋 The classic margherita from this restaurant is the definition of less is more. Without tons of toppings you can really appreciate the taste of the quality ingredients. #pizzeriadamichele#napoli#italia#pizzaislife#foodphotography
Just imagine becoming the way you used to be as a very young child, before you understood the meaning of any word, before opinions took over your mind. The real you is loving, joyful, and free. 🐷🍭 ’017
Volver. A esas personas que siempre quisiste. Volver, con maleta y billetes de ida aunque también de vuelta. Volver, sabiendo que tendrás que irte. irte, sabiendo que siempre querrás volver. #davidsadness
