The rice was just nice and al dente whilst still being moist and with a nice char at the edges. Maybe we were hungry but this branch of the Tapas Club at Vivocity seems miles better than the Orchard Central one? 🤔?

This hidden find at Golden Mile came to my attention after @veronicaphua posted it on her instagram. The Mee Mama Seafood Salad ($12) is quite unlike any thai salad i’ve had. Served warm, this came with an abundant array of fresh seafood and instant noods tossed in a salty acidic dressing. Gems of dried shrimp were scattered around for that umami kick while chopped chilli gave it a bit of welcome heat.
