⚠️ Potential trigger warning: mentioning mental health and feelings of guilt⚠️ I’ve been having trouble getting into little space recently and I know that not having that time is affecting my mental health negatively.
I feel really guilty whenever I come out of my headspace and beat myself up bc I don’t feel like it’s “normal”. I miss my little headspace a lot and I miss the genuine joy and relaxation I get from being little!
So - I am posting this to ask if anyone has felt like this in regards to their headspace before and if anyone has any tips on pushing past this and working on acceptance and falling more comfortably into headspace??❤️❤️ Love all of you my babies❣️ -
