Educate yourself. Whether it’s geography, politics, a new language or whatever it is that you fancy, never let yourself get lazy. Keep those neurones running. Find new ways to active the excitement of learning something new. Maybe get a tutor, study with a friend, or go to the library. This aspect of your life should never cease.
Even though I have a tight schedule, and lots of tasks to accomplish everyday, I don’t let myself get lazy. If I set a goal to learn a language I am committed. A lot of people try to motivate themselves to do certain tasks, but I try to make it impossible not to do them because motivation is a salesman. I get tutors, set bets with myself, and then I have no other choice but to complete what I set to complete.
Focus on you, do what makes you happy! Set your goals physically and mentally and focus on those. Sometimes we can get sidetracked so it's important to correct our path and continue on it's normal and will happen. Love you all and thank you for the continued support!
Well I wasn't sure I was going to get this run in today,, and I really really really wanted to run. My days always are better when I run 🏃🏻♀️⭐ So when my little one asked if she could go over a friends house I took the opportunity and off i went. I'm not used to running at night and I wasn't really sure how long i wanted to run, I just knew i wanted to run...lol. - I decided I've been covering the same grounds and it was time for a change tonight, so I headed south instead of North 😂 Didn't run too far but I'm glad I went. 6 miles at a moderately comfortable pace. Nice to run with less humidity again too!! 👍🌞 .
I’m trying to beat the odds and see how far it’ll take me 🙏🏼 !

#throwbackthursday Here I was mostly cardio driven, sleeping less and moody. Actually I’m 8 pounds less here might look look more or less🤨On Monday I plan to start assigning one hr of cardio twice a week versus how I was doing here one hour of cardio per day.
I had HSPU and I lost them!!!
I hear this from time to time...
I get it, it’s frustrating right?
Prioritising goals is essential and sometimes, something’s need to be put on the shelf OR you’re just not doing the work. It’s actually the same.
If you prioritise one thing over another OR choose NOT to do the work you are essentially not working that skill or weakness. The difference is one is deliberate/purposeful and the other is just plain old avoidance .....you are showing preference for the things you are good at or enjoy.
Be purposeful and authentic in your self talk. I prioritised my Uni and Business and maintained certain elements of my training. HSPU, C2B, TTB and even some of my weightlifting %’s were sacrificed in the short term.
This means I knew I would need to go back through my progressions, so I never lost anything that I wasn’t willing to obtain again.
I never lost my HSPU, I sacrificed them in the short term knowing I would be back here again - and that is OK!!!!!
HSPU progressions we meet again 👌🏼
The biggest adventure you can take is to live the life of your dreams. I’ve taken a decision, I will now follow my dreams and live my life to the fullest. Life’s too short to be like everyone else.❤️
This person used to be me: 🙋🏼♀️👇🏻 •I promised myself over and over that I would start when I “had the extra money” or “had the extra time.” •I tried sticking to the “next best diet,” but found myself eating all of the kids leftovers after my own plate. •I found myself starring into the mirror pointing out every single one of my flaws. •I would get SO frustrated with myself when results wouldn’t come instantly. •I would avoid the scale because it always made me feel insecure, and made me focus more on my flaws than what I could change.
I decided to STOP feeling this way. I knew that my body and my family deserved MORE! I know for certain that if you’ve felt that way too, YOU deserve MORE!
I invite YOU to join me on a more SUSTAINABLE approach to your health and OVERALL wellness! You'll develop an entirely different outlook about exercising, fuel your body with superfoods and proper nutrition, connect with others who share similar interests, and will also learn how to view yourself in a more confident light!
