So many of us struggle with wanting to be humble while embracing who we really are. Are you an empath or a sensitive??-
Do you sometimes feel things and you have no idea where the feelings came from?-
Sometimes that anger or frustration might not even be yours.-
Sometimes you might be picking up on the energy from someone else nearby you or who is connected with you energetically.-
As a “sensitive empath” (a mystic in training) it takes personal enquiry and conscious observation to work out the difference between your own feelings and that which you might be picking up from others.-
Everyone is different so your indicator will likely be different from mine so you have to work out for yourself what your indicator is.-
Do you get a sensation in your solar plexus? Does your chest feel right? Notice any subtleties in your body and energy and make a mental note of what you notice to compare for next time until you see a pattern. A clear indicator to YOU what YOUR signal is to differentiate which is your feelings or that of others.-
It is a good idea to practice zipping up your auric field before leaving the house or creating a protective white light bubble around you to protect your energy or to keep a protective crystal on you at all times.-
We are all mystics in the making. We all have the ability to be telepathic, psychic and magic but we need to remember our Godliness.-
That we are not of the gods but that we are the gods. God runs through us, through our veins and it is the spark of god that flows through our HUEman vessel at all times to give us this which we call life.-
It is our humble duty to come to live this life and navigate this HUEman vessel to or best ability.-

When I first became intensely aware of energy my whole concept of housework was turned on its head. I began experiencing spaces as either fresh and light filled or dusty and sludgy. Neither of which had anything to do with conventional cleaning.
Light filled homes felt like cool water, angels singing and just delicious. I started sageing regularly, praying and setting up protections all around my home. How could I have not seen this before!!! I realised how energetically "sludgy" my home was. Practises like this would have been absolutely ridiculous to me 5 years ago but now they made total sense and were actually essential for happiness. .
Sensitive people thrive in energetically clean spaces. This means regular spiritual hygiene.
I once had a lovely, lovely cleaner who I adored and who cleaned my home very well. One day whilst having a very bitter, angry conversation on her hands free mobile she cleaned every room of the house. By the time she had finished I had a terrible thumping headache. This is energy. .
I actually rang her and asked her if she could not do that again. She was so understanding and apologised. I felt silly at the time but it was important.This was the beginning of me speaking my truth. .
If you cant ask for what you need, then the universe can't deliver. Ask! .

Each year more than 150 billion farm #animals and countless aquatic animals are unnecessarily killed for human consumption. #Eating animals has largely been justified on the grounds of human health, but thankfully these #myths have now been discredited with many mainstream #healthcare professionals claiming animal products actually do us more harm than good.
However, #health is not the only reason to stop slaughtering animals for food. The animals that we exploit to put food on our tables are forced to bear the brunt of our eating habits every single day in factory farms and smallholdings, as we take away from them everything that is rightfully theirs denying them of a life filled with any other purpose other than one which serves to meet our own personal end. To take a line from Edgar’s Mission, one of my all time favorite farm animal sanctuaries, “If we could live #happy and #healthylives without harming others…why wouldn’t we?”
We don’t need to eat animals to survive
Unlike many other animals who kill for their food, humans can survive on a completely plant based diet. We’re not #living in the dark ages anymore. Our #understanding has #evolved and in the process we have come to learn that eating animals is no longer the necessity we once believed it to be. Research has proven that plants contain all the #vitamins and nutrients that the human #body needs to thrive.
We are creating #emotional pain and suffering for the animals
The animals we slaughter for food are extremely #intelligent and #sensitive creatures, and the way in which we treat them, regardless of whether the meat is factory farmed, free range or organic, is abhorrently cruel. From stealing their babies from them at birth to keeping them locked in confinement and denying them their natural behaviors, our actions cause animals immense emotional #pain and suffering.
