Selesai workshop kmaren (9 Desember 2018), jgn sampai lupa buat foto2 dlu dong 😅. Tema workshop yg di angkat adalah "Improve your self with Self Hypnosis and NLP", d adakan oleh temen2 dari Komunitas @catatan_psikologi Harapannya bisa mmbantu tmen2 yg ikut kmaren mencapai goal nya masing2.

Berhubung tahun 2018 sudah hampir habis. Artinya, hrus sudah punya goal2 ke depan nih utk tahun 2019 😊. Saya akn sharing, bagaimana tmen2 bisa mencapai goal2 yg ada d tahun 2019 nnti. .
Scara psikologis, ada 2 cara agar goal kita bisa cepat tercapai. Meskipun beberapa goal saya pribadi msih on progress jga. Tapi saya pkir sayang kalau apa yg saya ketahui ini hanya saya simpan di otak saya saja.

Jadi, cara yg pertama adalah menggunakan pendekatan Psikoanalisa, prinsipnya apa yg slalu kita ulang2 d alam bawah sadar kita, maka lama kalamaan akan mnjadi realita di kehidupan kita. Karena porsi alam bawah sadar manusia itu 80% dan alam sadar hanya 20%. Jdi jika kita memasukan informasi ke porsi yg lebih besar. Pasti dong efek nya akan lebih berasa.

Cara kedua, menggunakan pendekatan behaviouristik. Prinsipnya mengatur perilaku kita dgn cara memberikan punishment jika goal2 kecil tidak tercapai. Dan memberikan reward jika goal2 kita trcapai. Karena kita tidak akan menuju goal yg sangat besar. Tanpa melewati goal2 kecil trlebih dahulu.

Nah jika kdua hal trsebut di lakukan dgn benar. Juga di serta dgn komitmen yg kuat utk mencapai goal tmen2. Maka sbenarnya apa yg di lakukan org lain, yg mnurut kita itu sulit utk di lakukan, ketika kita memulai langkah awal pertama, maka trnyata mudah bagi kita utk menyelesaikan nya sampai kepada langkah trakhir.

Stelah tmen2 slesai baca caption ini. Saran saya, lngsung ambil kertas dan pulpen. Tulis goal tmen2 dgn 2 pendekatan tdi. Tempel di dinding kamar, dan di baca stiap hari, biar ingat trus sama goal2 nya.

Day 8 - When I first started my healing journey, I realized that I had a lot of self criticism about my body.  I was uncomfortable in my own skin.  I would look in the mirror and see all the flaws.  I hated my body.  It became so bad that I stopped looking in the mirror.  I began to reflect on the criticism and realized that even as I lost weight, I still continued to be critical.  I kept looking for what was wrong with my appearance.  Every time, I felt not good enough, not thin enough, or not pretty enough.  I realized that if I didn't start to appreciate it, I would continue feel flawed and lack the confidence I wanted to feel.  Lacking confidence meant that I would never reach any of the goals I had made for myself.  I think it all boils down to that idea that you will get to be happy when you have enough money, or are thin enough, or have the right partner-job-life.  The point being you need to be happy now regardless of the circumstances that life throws at you.  In that same way, you need to love your body now regardless of where you are in your own journey.  This does not mean that just because you love your body now, that you will stop trying to attain your goals, such as weightloss.  It will just make life more enjoyable if you feel good about yourself.

We sometimes kid ourselves that by imagining the worst we can prepare ourselves for anything but actually, we often just end up causing ourselves unnecessary stress, worry and anxiety. So, what if you imagined the absolute best possible outcome instead? You could improve your confidence, relax and improve your performance and generally just feel better about life. Gil Boyne formally founded his school the “Hypnotism Training Institute of Los Angeles” in 1956. Over the next 15 years Gil Boyne developed his training courses into a sophisticated approach which he called “Transforming Therapy” which was far more advanced than the suggestion programming and various simplistic forms of “hypnoanalysis” that were common at the time.

His school and system, the latter known as “Transforming TherapyTM”, became internationally famous and attracted students, including many physicians, psychotherapists and other mental health professionals, from countries all over the world. Gil Boyne trained many of the most well-known teachers over the next 40 years and had affiliated schools in several countries, a few of which schools he licensed to be official training centres for Transforming Therapy.� The classic book “Transforming Therapy” was the definitive textbook outlining the advanced clinical hypnotherapy system Transforming Therapy as developed and taught by Gil Boyne over the previous two decades. The book was first published in 1989 (ISBN 0-930298-13-6) and contained new material and selected content from the training course manuals, class notes and case study transcripts that were copyrighted and published by Gil Boyne in 1985. Westwood Publishing has published material on Gil Boyne’s Transforming Therapy system since 1970.

Dr. John Butler worked intensively with Gil Boyne for the last 10 years of his life, collaborated with him in creating many of the later developments in Transforming Therapy and he continues to develop the method today.

Hypnosis, is not a quick “ fix” or a magical tool. You will not lose 100s of lb right after 1 session. Hypnosis is not a “ diet” , it’s a tool that will help you to be more motivated and stay on track with healthy eating . 👉who should try it? •Emotional and subconscious eaters are prime candidates for clinical hypnosis
• people who are bored. 👉 so how does it work? • after the session, you might not feel any different. But this is  what can happen, just as an example: you are walking past bakery. It’s your favorite bakery, and you stopped there everyday for the past 2 years. Now, you say to yourself “ I want that piece of cake so much “ and your mind is telling you” No , I better not, I will regret afterwards, and feel even worse”. • it’s about recognizing the issue, the desire , the craving and yet stand strong against it. That’s how your SUBCONSCIOUS mind works. 🙏 it’s not about quick fix, it’s about a fix that lasts you for a long time, and you know it’s best , and you don’t see it any other way.
