I am in a bad relationship with my hair. I see all those young girls with their long straight and healthy hair. Well my hair is, different. It's not smooth and straight neither cute and curly.
It's a mix also it's naturaly super frizzy.
Due to stress caused by mental illness it is falling out and thinning (wich causes me more stress and it falls out even more).
My bpd makes me switch my feelings about things super fast sometimes, including my hair color. A month ago I impulsivly dyed my hair bright orange. Now I feel kinda insecure about it. I still like the orange though, it's just the length and texture of my hair in combination with the color.
Bpd makes me unstable with my look and style. Sometimes I wake up and feel super grunge, the other day I wake up wanting to look like a goth queen and the day after I feel like a kawai anime charakter.
I bought a natural wig a few days ago because sometimes I feel like hiding. I don't want to be stared at this bright orange fluff when I buy a pack of milk.
I bought a wig to have more variation to be me.
Somedays I'll love colors, the next black and white is for me.
I bought a wig and more will follow.
I try my best to allow myself to be me. I have a ton of personalitys (I don't mean DID) so what's better than letting those personalitys shine? 🌿

Let’s say you value flowers. Setting time aside to intuitively pick something you love provides a moment that will boost positive feelings. Closely tying it in to self-love that in time improves self-esteem
This is why I create/craft self-care products and workshops. I value alone time, but I am at my most calm state when I am crafting and writing content for my classes. However, this class coming up will have a different spin on things.

I learned a really hard, humbling lesson today about unrealistic standards of perfection. Today I had some tests done and biopsy’s of my intestines to test for certain conditions. I had to fast for 24 hours and not drink any liquid for 12 (talk about hangry). But when I got to the procedure room they couldn’t get an IV in my arm no matter what they did. Mainly because I was so dehydrated they couldn’t find a vein. And so my wonderfully flawed self had a full blown panic attack. The most ridiculous part is that the entire time I was yelling at myself in my head and blaming myself for them not being able to poke a vein. How does that even make sense? Oh it doesn’t. Our minds are SUCH a powerful thing and often trigger the absolute worst thoughts and feelings towards ourself. It is so important to constantly remind ourselves how strong and capable we are despite things that go wrong. Our bodies are doing the very best they can and we’ve just got to be kind, even to ourselves. ❤️

✨What energy to use when Manifesting✨
Have you ever experienced that feeling of knowingness with something or someone in your life? A partner? Career? A life Decision?
I remember when I met my partner last year, there was this immediate knowingness with him, that everything would work out exactly as it should and I felt immense peace and calm. I use that feeling as a reference with everything else in my life now because our relationship has such a strong foundation. Especially when it comes to manifesting and using the law of attraction. •
Manifesting is based on what you feel not what you think. I wasn’t trying to manifest a partner at the time, but I was ok with being alone and knew in my heart that the right one would come when he came. That’s the exact energy the Universe felt from me and reflected back to me. And voila I have an amazing human in my life and I didn’t even try. •
When you are in the process of manifesting your deepest desires, keep your emotions, thoughts, and feelings positive. Focus on what you want, not what you don’t want. •
And your feelings don’t have to be specific to what you want either. Meaning, you can use the energy of what already IS working in your life and that will put you in receiving mode to receive everything else you want. •
So, when I manifest other things in my life, I use the energy and feelings surrounding my relationship because it is so solid, because that is the energy the Universe will bounce back to me.
I love myself.
It took me along time to say that.
And actually mean it.
I’ve faced my shadow.
I discovered my inner light.
I expand in love.
I get to do me.
Owning every inch.
As my truth.
In my #vulnerability .
Peeling back the layers.
To become more and more.
Of my authentic self.
To be able to stand in front of a mirror.
And love what I see.
To know my worth.
And show myself the respect I deserve.
And receive that same kind of respect.
Back from others.
To have boundaries solidly in place.

Face change much? 23 to 28 years old difference.
And trust me from then to now nothing has change to how I’m approached or seen. Back then I struggled to meet people for what ever reason. And now just the same because of how much bigger I’ve gotten.
I learnt along time ago to fuck what everyone else thought. I wasn’t someone’s catch back then and I took it to heart and didn’t know why I wasn’t attracting who I was attracted to. But now I’ve learnt who really gives a shit because I’ve changed so much and still yet to attract what I’m really attracted to. Two different looks. Two completely identical situations in the private life and two completely identical people. I should’ve known then what I know now is to just enjoy what you fucken do an some day that person will walk into your life unexpectedly. Who knows when that would be but there is no point making yourself unhappy and trying to be a certain way to please others. If you’re a genuine awesome guy or girl you’re positive and you’re happy and treat others well then regardless of what you look like it will show and you’ll get it back. I love making people laugh acting stupid and just being ridiculously positive and happy. And that’s me. On the right and on left. Both me. Both attractive guys in there own right. Happy Saturday fam! I got my workout in early this morning since ya girl (sadly) works on Saturdays but low key had a great lift! Also not gunna lie I felt like a badass with my new tattoo... I’m in love. There’s something to be said about meaningful tattoos, it’s presence gives me a little bit of happiness each time I catch a glimpse of it 😍😊 Anyways here’s the deets from my workout... it was two circuits which I repeated 5 times through for both.
1️⃣ step up side squat into curtsey lunge: 15 reps of each movement on each leg.
2️⃣ burpees with jump over: 14 reps total
3️⃣step up Glute bridge: 20 reps total.
4️⃣barbell seated squat: make sure yous getting that ass to the grass fam.
1️⃣deadlift clean into front squat: 15 reps
2️⃣kettle bell single leg rdl: 20 reps each leg.
3️⃣kettlebell squat-row into OH press: 20 reps.
4️⃣ boats abs around kettle bell: 20 on each side.

I am an all or nothing kind of person, or at least I was.
Before I started this program in currently doing, I had an all or nothing mentality when it came to my fitness and nutrition.
Maybe some of you can relate?🤷🏻♀️ If I was exercising it was somehow easier in my mind to keep my nutrition on track.
If I was eating poorly, I was not motivated to exercise. And so the cycle continued. For YEARS.
I wanted to make a change, but I didn’t know where to start.
I’m super busy so I wanted to maximize my time (it’s about being smarter, not working harder). I’ll be honest, I felt lost.
I needed the proper tools and resources to set me up for success.
That’s why I LOVE what I’m doing now.
My nutrition plan is easy to follow and keep on point.
I get my workouts in on my schedule, from home, with minimal equipment.
I’m part of an amazing, encouraging and supportive community😊
It’s the trifecta of wellness.
Honestly the hardest part was taking that first step.
Making the decision and committing to the change.

Of course I'd prefere posting me looking glam and happy, I mean - who wouldn't? - but the fact is, I'm not. The last days have been rough. I'm depressed with short manic episodes.
I try so hard to not make myself down but it's not working. I hate me right now. I hate my hair, my face, my fat body. I hate the way I talk and look. I hate everything and these strong urges to harm or kill myself won't leave me alone.
I know I said I'm taking a break from Instagram but I also want to show people the sad side of mental illness. I'm home alone all day, binge eating and regreting. I sit on my phone all day and just get up for getting food and going to the bathroom.
My life doens't feel good anymore and I don't want to continue. I feel unworthy and alone. I feel like I don't make a big difference so nothing would change if I'd be dead.
Everything triggers me and nothing or no one can help me out of this deep darkness - neither do I know how to get out.
It's scary. I don't know when I'll get better. Maybe in 5 minutes, maybe in 5 weeks. I'm in pain and I struggle so bad.
Ive been chatting to a lot of people lately. We’ve been discussing relationships, self worth, how to make positive changes. All the fun stuff. There we’re a few things I noticed..one, most were completely unaware of their internal dialogue, of their emotional states and the negative mind chatter that went on all day. Two, they weren’t having fun all the time. They weren’t living from a place of joy. They were often bored out of their minds and lost in an emotional maze. Three, most felt they had to make huge changes that would takes years and years to see the transformation they so desired. •
There was a complete absence of mindfulness and connection to their inner self. This of course led to a lack of purpose, motivation and inspiration and constant negative mind chatter and emotions. 😞
I created Everyday Flow because I wanted something simple and affordable that could guide people like you down your own path of self-healing and growth. 💥I wanted uncomplicated daily habits to be cultivated that would be really beneficial. 💥 And what I mean by habits is more about living with joy and having an insane awareness about who you are on a daily basis and making those your new life habits and practices. 💥
