Rather than just mask imperfections, vitamin C works to restore your skin to its natural and former beauty. By stimulating your skin, Vitamin C can help with the following:
✔️One of the most powerful antioxidants, provides 8X’s antioxidants protection and reduction in sunburn cells.
✔️Plumps the skin, reducing wrinkle formation. ✔️Brightens complexion/reduces brown spots and discoloration.
**Pro-Tip: Try Image Skincare Vital C Hydrating Anti-Aging Serum. This serum contains oil-soluble vitamin C to immediately soothe environmentally damaged skin AND vitamins A & E to create a healthy, youthful glow 🍊
Sorry girls, but makeup wipes are not cleansers. 🚫 They are a good first step in the cleansing process by taking off the makeup, but they're not removing dirt, oil, and dead skin cells like real cleansers do. There are even some risks to using these "fake cleansers" too, find out what they are in this weeks blog! Link in bio!

The problem : ACNE SCARS- . I happen to specialize in getting rid of these pesky creations and can provide you with services, product and the knowledge behind it so we can battle it together. I’m here for you 💋..Scars form when an acne breakout penetrates the skin deeply, damaging the tissue beneath. Once the acne breakout clears, the body works to repair the damage, which stimulates collagen production. If too little or too much is produced, a scar will form. If not enough collagen is present, a depressed scar may form. Too much, and a raised scar may result.#happyvalentinesday
As promised the skinny on toners;) part 1 ish (since I already started talking about it in another post) I am going to combine my posts on specific products to help explain how toners can be used and aid skin in different ways. This is cucumber spritz (considered a heavy water) can be used on just about everyone’s skin type. It is very hydrating with a touch of coconut (that’s the ingredient that makes it the heavy water). Can spritz am and pm and can be used as the first step after cleansing or the last to set your make up. This kind of toner would be in the category of giving to the skin. It is not stripping it is solely for the purpose to replenish the good stuff back into the skin.
Ok so I am back!!! Sorry with the holidays it was too hard to post:) Anywho I will now explain what my story from like 2 weeks ago was about;) These are ice(cool not frozen) rollers. That are used all over the face. It’s great way to calm down skin after an active facial or soothe after extractions. There are many other reason to choose them but mostly they are just a very relaxing way to end a facial. I always put my mask on first then lay damp 4x4 cotton across the face and then roll them across the skin in a strategic pattern. #aesthetician
Hydrafacial!!! This beautiful client had great results from just one treatment. The top is before and the bottom is after. The steps of a hydrafacial start with a manual cleanse. The first two passes a lactic acid based solution is being driven into the skin while your getting non irritating exfoliation on the surface with the special designed tip. The third pass is the no downtime chemical peel that comes in two different strengths. The fourth pass is the specialty serum. I get to choose from the britenol(helps with pigmentation) or derma builder(aids with firming of the skin and minimizing fine lines). The last pass is with the Antiox plus(hylauronic and antioxidant based solution) where it is being driven into the skin with the special vortex technology. Last step is using either red or blue light therapy to treat specific skin concerns and also helps to bake the goodness in. Your left with skin that is glowing with hydration, pores are tightened and cleaner, and some healthy flushed skin that usually lasts for a couple of hours but this can vary . #hydrafacial#hydrafacialnation#azskincare#oldtownscottsdale#scottsdaleaesthetician#skincare#purityskinandbody

What is a lash fill!? After you get your full set of lashes on, you'll need to get fills every 2 weeks to upkeep them. 2 weeks is the recommended time bc of your lash cycle. You lose 2-6 natural lashes a day per eye(like the hair on your head). By 2 weeks you'll have about 50%+ of your extensions left. The extensions are attached to your natural lash, so when your natural lash sheds, so does your extension. At the beginning of your fill, I go through your lashes and safely remove any grown out extensions (swipe right to see what that looks like). Then I go in and fill the new grown in lashes. Swipe right to see the fill process and it will make more sense 😘😘
I get a lot of messages about lash extensions, so I thought I'd start answering some questions💕 The question I get asked the most is... "how do lashes work"? Lash extensions are attached to your natural lash (NOT your eyelid). They're literally an extension to your natural lash. They're attached individually, one extension to one natural lash, using glue. That's why they take a little bit of time and cost a pretty penny. BUT they're worth every cent 😉They will grow out with your natural lash. They will shed with your natural lash. You can barely feel them there and they do not hurt. You naturally shed 2-6 natural lashes a day (just like your hair). Because of this natural shed cycle, you need extension fills every two weeks. P.s. They do NOT ruin your natural lashes. I'll make a separate post about that though.
This cute little "eye bra" saved lashes over here at whiplash!!! 👀👏🏻I've had a cute little client who I could not figure out her lash retention. We literally tried EVERYTHING. No matter what we tried, she'd still come into her two week fill pretty sparse. It made no sense bc her mom and sister had great retention. We just couldn't ever figure out what was different with her. When she came for her fill a couple days ago, I was shocked at how much lashes she had on. I immediately said what did you do!!!? She bought this cute eye bra off Amazon for $6. We finally solved it!!👏🏻She is just a crazy/harsh sleeper 😴 So if this is you, invest in one of these bad boys. You'll be happy you did!! Just search contoured eye masks on Amazon and they should pull up. Swipe right to see before and after her fill 💗💗 xo
Volume with a little bit of long classics mixed in to get a more wispy/Kim K look. This is my first time attempting this, so I know I've got some more practicing to do. Don't worry Kim K, I'll nail you down 💋
Wanna know how I convinced my husband lashes HAD to be in the budget?? 🤑🤑🤑Husbands and lashes don't mix so well, at least not around here. When Hayden and I first got married, he about crapped his pants when he saw how much I paid a month to get my lashes done. I've had extensions on for four years, so he never really has seen me without them. How did I convince him I NEED lashes???! He just had to see me once without them and he's never complained since 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
