It’s #internationalmountainday so here’s a throwback to the accidental Munro that started it all: Mayar ⛰
What started off as a wee hike up Corrie Fee ended up with us accidentally bagging our first Munro as we kept going higher and higher in search of a Cairngorm panorama, and as we reached the summit, uncharacteristically calm weather and a cracking view made us think that this would be a great new hobby 😂
We ❤ this shot of the Ring of Brodgar, Orkney's ancient stone circle. It is one of the most atmospheric places in the islands and definitely a must-see site. Thanks to @jorge_skacan for the 📷 #visitorkney#loveorkney

Catch up with the whole series via the link in my bio, including the world famous "Tram Calisthenics" as featured in the mainstream media.
Is this the most ridiculous thing we've done to date?

Even though Jack hates being featured in my posts, I can’t stop myself from sharing a picture of him every once in a while. He‘s been my partner in crime when it comes to traveling around the Scottish country side to get the best shots for my Instagram for the past 7 months and I can’t wait for more adventures to come 🗺 #instagramhusbandgoals
It’s International Mountain Day. Mountains matter: not only do they provide essential ecosystem services but they’re good for the soul. I spent the day on Cairn Gorm, in the company of some stunning winter wildlife. This mountain hare even took the time to pose for the camera.
MERINGUE. They say 'shake whatcha mama gave ya' but we say 'BAKE whatcha mama gave ya'. Mum's pavlova was always a staple dessert in our house growing up. From pavlova birthday cakes to Christmas dinners to lunches al fresco in the summer - we loved it, and so did everyone who came to visit. We decided to give it a go, and it turned out pretty well! It tastes delicious - chewy, melt in the mouth meringue, sweet fresh whipped cream, and piled high with red berries. The pomegranate seeds and mint leaves make it look really festive, don't you think? What was your favourite dessert growing up? Let us know!
Getting in some pre-Christmas calories at a UK-award winning chipper in the pretty coastal town of Anstruther (note: not all of this is for me!).
In my defence, doing a workshop all morning in the Scottish Fisheries Museum made me hungry! 🐟🍟☕ #scotlandisnow#deepfriedgoodness#anstruther
