life is so much more extraordinary than the collective of humanity has been led to believe, we are ALL divine. we all contain the ability to access higher dimensions of consciousness, to develop seemingly supernatural skills, and truly, to inspire each other in ways that we never fathom needing until the time comes that our creativity has grown stale, our habits have grown tired, and only the bittersweet breath of chaos can breathe new divine essence into our etheric fields. these lines emanate a perfection that sometimes, in some ways, seems far removed from the flaws of this world, this survival based here & now. trust and believe that perfection is a part of the plan, but its a choice that you make. its a decision to elevate your creations to the highest level of intention, that which is ineffable yet ultimately incorruptible. this is the newest information i've learned, synthesized into concentrated form and from what i can tell, integrated increasingly well into my everyday emanations of both the mundane and the avant gardé. despite the lucidly unstable ups and downs of the recent past, my life is starting to get incredibly, inconceivable exciting in nearly every single way. as a sacred individualization of the source oneness, i pray that our paths cross in only the highest vibrational manner, now and forever .:. #art by @god .:. 🔯 .:. #sacredgeometry#G#He#who#sees#in#threes#6D#999hz#angelic#scale#karmic#dimension#weareallone#cymatic#vibration#quantum#conquistador#spirit#scientist

▪️THE TRUTH ABOUT THE SCALE▪️
Don't follow @marcus__rice if you don't like helpful fitness content
How many of you have stepped onto a scale and seen a number that you were frustrated by?
I know I have. I know a lot of you probably have as well.
But here is the thing: there is A LOT of information that the scale doesn't tell you. I've listed only some of them in the graphic.
It certainly doesn't have anything to say about your self-worth or value as a woman or man.
Don't even let it hold enough power over you to make you frustrated if you don't like what you see when you step onto it.
But here's another thing: the scale is not a monster that needs to be cast out of all of our homes and gyms.
As long as we hold it in proper esteem and see it for what it is, it can actually be a VERY useful tool for helping track your fitness progress. By weighing yourself daily, you can look at your weekly trends which allows you to at least partially see how your body is responding to the diet and exercise protocol you are putting it through, and if any tweaks need to be made.
It isn't the only tool that is helpful; I would also recommend using progress pics, body measurements, how your clothes fit, and how your feel to track progress.
Comment THREE emojis that represent your feelings about the scale below👇🏽
Thoughts? I'd live to hear them below.
🌀It’s time to go ahead and keep going the same foot path that I started long time ago, always there is something to learn and absorbing as more as possible knowledges in yourself🌀 thanks to @roseberrystroasters for yours amazing specialty coffees that I’m trying every time, great job Denis!

Yesterday, my husband and I were talking about IG and the content on my page. He said to me, "I have noticed you haven't posted anything about your #weight ." My response was immediate and I took myself by surprise at the ease of this statement, "IT'S BECAUSE I DON'T CARE". .
Wow. Now he didn't mention this because I should post about my #weight . My #husband knows how I was #obsessed with the #scale . Pretty much my entire #life i was a slave to it. I remember the exact day when I was 19 when I bought my first digital scale, an upgrade from the dial one that my parents had. From that moment on I would weigh myself at least once a day. If I lost then that was #amazing and I was in a great #mood . If I stayed the same that was acceptable but I would wonder where I went wrong in the previous day to not see a #loss . And if I #gained ?? Well I would punish myself and call myself the ugliest of names.
How did I break #free from this? a lot of #practice and positive self talk. Learning about #nutrition , proper #exercise , and how to #cook . Trusting how my clothes fit over the number on the scale. Trusting myself. And importantly just not weighing myself. Earlier this year my doctor told me I needed to lose 30 pounds when I was at a point in my life where I was working out and eating really well. My legs and glutes are huge from the lower body work I do and my genetics. She was simply going off of BMI. And I admit, it #triggered me and made me #regress a little to old habits. Fortunately I didn't let it hold me down for long!
Break yourself from scale #addiction . don't let your day be dictated by the number on the scale. measure your body with a tape measure for a more accurate picture of progress. don't weigh yourself after a big meal. Understand that fluctuations are common. Ditch the scale if you must. You will be happier!!!I
Your body is your vehicle. Just like your car needs gas, your body needs energy too. Think about a car: a car can stop and go, remain in neutral, over heat, be super cold, or very dirty. A car needs to be seen by a mechanic every now and then for good “health”. Now, tell me how your body is different. Sure, you are a real human, but a car has a lot of similarities to you. The biggest thing they have in common is that you need to take care of both. Treat your body like it is a car. If you need gas, stop for gas. If you are going to over heat, cool off. If you are dirty, get a cleaning. Your body is your mode of transportation in life. You only have one, so whatever you do, take good care of it. Do what it needs and it will last a long time!
:) >>>TED :Geoffrey West: The surprising math of cities and corporations
July 18th: how I track my weight. I use Fitbit app, and Baritastic app. The baritastic app is lovely. As well as the Facebook support group that goes with the app! Love it! I do own a scale and weigh myself once a week. My scale weighs four lbs lower than my surgeons office. #julyphotoaday#scale#wls#vsg#bariatricbabe
