I am so very thankful to be apart of an organization with so many phenomenal women.... S/O to @forbrowngirlsinc for hosting PINKtober Fest.... Thank you

Or porch is pink. Because boobies are good. Cancer is bad. For all those amazing strong smart wonderful women I've know that sadly lost the fight, all those who fought and won and those who still fight today. #savethetatas#cancercansuckit#pink
Had my yearly mammogram today! My dad’s sister (my auntie, Corlette Vidalez) and I are a month apart and she was diagnosed with breast cancer when we were 35. She had a double mastectomy and is cancer free. Because of the family history, I get my yearly mammograms to make sure that all is well. Early detection can be a matter of life or death.
The American College of Surgeons recommends that women between the ages of 45-54 get yearly mammograms, but my OB/GYN recommended that I start earlier. I got my first 39 and this is my fourth one. Ladies let’s take care of ourselves!! Big shoutout to Dianne Johnson, MD and the Staff at the Memorial Breast Center!
Until next time beauties 💋💋💋 #memorialhospitaljacksonville#memorialbreastcancercenter#breasts#breastcancerawareness#breastcancer#breastcancersucks#savethetatas
Where to begin...after over 2 years of ups & downs, good news and bad news, highs & lows and one hell of an emotional roller coaster, the wait is finally over! This morning we checked off that finally .1% of Jaclyn being 100% free and clear of all the battle she began back on June 30 2016 by having her port removed. This was the last piece of the puzzle we had been patiently waiting for and today the wait is over!!! She had a successful out patient surgery this morning and is home in bed resting. We can't thank everyone enough for all the love, prayers and support we have received over the past 2 years and pray that no one ever has to experience what we have gone through. Lots of love and thanks!!! #mainsqueeze#thebattleisover#savethetatas#fightforacure 🎀
This is my Mom and this my favorite picture of her. Five years ago she walked through the fire of breast cancer and came through it speaking of her gratitude, strength and renewed life purpose. With so many of us facing uphill battles or devastation, her words are exactly what we need. Click the link in the bio to read her story.
Good news, I was worried about nothing. Bad news, I cannot hold my breath without laughing. Because apparently every wise crack that's ever been said to me decides to enter my brain while I'm cozied up to a machine. 🤦🤷
I joke, but I've lost some pretty amazing women in my family to breast cancer. I may have had to start the fun a few years earlier than my friends, but early detection is key. Get tested. Stay on top of your health. You only get one shot at this thing called life. See ya next year, Debbie. Thanks for the laughs. 💕
Last year during harvest, my friend Cara was battling breast cancer. This week, she finished harvesting corn and is cancer-free. More on her strong and positive journey on #AgweekTV with the link the my profile. As a result of riding in the tractor with Cara a few weeks ago, I scheduled a women’s wellness physical and mammogram for January as a 40th birthday self-care gift to me at our rural health clinic. 1 in 8 U.S. women will have breast cancer. Early detection and mammograms are key. Schedule yours, please, ladies. Men ask the women you love to do the same. #scheduleyourmammogram#farmher#femalefarmer#agweek#breastcancerawareness#savethetatas#harvest18
