A throwback to the first and last time I ever ate at @eatbychloe🙅♀️ Nothing against the food but I refuse to support a company that has exploited the beloved @chefchloe and stolen the brand that she herself built up. I'm not going to go into the whole thing but basically @esquaredhospitality CEO Jimmy Haber threatened Chef Chloe when she refused to let the group sell non-vegan products using her name, this was followed by a law suit that ended with Chloe being pushed out of the business that she started and that continues to this day to use her name. It's important to note that it's not the first time that Haber and Esquared have been in a legal battle with a former partner/chef. To me, Eat By Chloe, no longer lives up to the ethics of veganism and for this reason I refuse to eat there and support a company that only cares about making money. Chef Chloe has since opened "Chef Chloe and the Vegan Cafe" in Miami, if you're in the area I would def check it out!
