Can you workout in under an hour ? MAN TODAYS WORKOUT KICKED MY BUTT!
- Today I worked out for 45 min ⏱ and boy did I make the most of it! It was shoulder day! Number one thing y’all wanna do is come up with a plan📝 based on your goals! I want my shoulders to GROW 🌱 so I made sure to fit at least two compound movement in and hit 5-6 sets of each!
- Another secret weapon 🔫 is SUPERSETS! Supersets are great for many reasons two of which are time management and cardio! Basically I go from my compound movement straight to an accessory movement with NO REST 🙀! I made sure I went Balls to the walls with each set and I left nothing behind ⚔️ my heart rate stayed in a fat burning zone so I was Killing two birds 🐦 with one stone ☄️! You rest once both exercises are completed I kept my compound movements in a rep range of 8 to 12 and my accessory rep range anywhere from 12 to 15 !

Saturday workouts used to not be a thing for me! I used to be all who wants to work out on a Saturday?!? Now...why wouldn’t I work out on a Saturday?!? Most Saturdays I have more time than I have Monday through Friday! Workout✅🔥❤️ now time to enjoy my evening!
So this sweater was my go to ALL winter but it was so snug in the arms. I found it this afternoon and had to try it on! First picture is from January- everything else is from today! ♥️ Keep going guys, it's so worth it! *Also, please excuse all the laundry behind me- Saturday is laundry day 😂
