I get asked at least once a day how I find my motivation or how I stay motivated. Truth is, people have the wrong idea about what it means to be motivated. 😉Motivation isn’t waking up and wanting to workout and eat clean. Motivation isn’t loving your workouts. Motivation is doing all the things regardless of how you feel. Motivation is NOT wanting to workout or make healthy choices but DECIDING to do it anyways. 💪🏼Motivation is not a feeling it’s a decision. The superfoods also help 👅👅

I've realized the simple act of drinking WATER is so underestimated. I know when I drink half my body weight in ounces of water I'm getting enough, when I drink a bit more than that I tend to eat less and feel more energized and less lethargic.
Point being DRINK more water!!! I typically drink at least 25 ounces during my morning workout which helps a ton in getting my allotted amount in the day. But I've become too lax on my intake lately and I've been feeling it!!!!
So here’s to being more conscious about meeting my daily goal water intake!!💪🏼😀

I woke up this morning feeling super tight after my workout and run yesterday so I decided to switch up my workout for a much need stretch sesh! It’s one of my SELF CARE regimes.
Little habits day after day create MASSIVE changes. Whatever you are wanting to accomplish -- YOU can do it!
Create a plan of action. Map out your daily activities. Do them daily until they become a habit that you don't want to break. And if you can, do it with people who you love to be around and life you up and make you better! 👊🏻 #SticktoitSaturday
THIS WAS OUR GYM TONIGHT! 💪🏋 It's still so crazy to me that all I have to do is whip out my laptop, press play on a video, and work out for 30 minutes wherever I want to! This beats driving to a gym ANY DAY. 💁. It also removes the ability for me to make any excuses... 30 minutes is 2% of the day. C'mon. ANYONE can squeeze a 30 minute workout into their day.. including you. 😉

I work out because it makes me better.
I work out because it’s time just for me.
I work out because it makes me feel accomplished and happy.
My workouts are my daily ME time. Time where I get to be selfish and focus on me and what I need.
I deserve a 1/2 hour for me💪🏼
And so do YOU. Make your workouts a priority. Not because you are trying to lose weight or because you want to fit into a certain size. But because you realize that you matter enough to prioritize YOU in your life.
Your workout may not always be perfect.
You might not be able to give it your all.
You might have to push pause.
You may have to give yourself a pep talk. --------
Be patient with yourself. Give yourself some grace. Know that this is YOUR journey. You will get there. But you won't get there if you QUIT. So stop quitting. Push pause if you need to but never stop.💪🏼#sassyspunkystrong

Spaghetti for lunch! Carbs are not the enemy! I know some of you may currently feel this way about pasta and potatoes. Here is some knowledge for you👉🏼carbs are energy, and our bodies need them! The key is to know what portion of carbs you need to meet whatever goals are you are trying to receive. Don't give up those tasty foods, we NEED them!🍝
It will hurt. It will take time. It will require dedication. It will require willpower. You will need to make healthy decisions. It will require sacrafice. You will need to push your body to its max. There will be temptation. But, I promise you, when you reach your goal, it’s SO worth it.
Wanna know how many minutes I spent searching for healthy snacks today? Zero. Zero minutes. I just took a little time on Sunday, pre sliced some veggies 🥒 and portioned them out. .

You don’t need a big space or a bunch of fancy equipment to get in a good workout 🙌🏼 sometimes all you need is weights, a mat and a personal trainer on your laptop telling you what to do 👊🏻 my HIIT workout was exactly what I needed today ✨
Workout Done ✅ 🙌🏼 there were a few times I found myself not pushing myself to my max and I thought to myself. "Do you want to remain the same or progress forward and be stronger tomorrow" ALWAYS STRONGER!
Your body is an amazing thing! When your mind tells you quit, you have got to push that thought aside and keep going! You have what it takes to keep going and you will be thankful you did. Now repeat after me, "I can do this, I can do this, I will do this, I am GREAT" and let's kick some butt today!
A post workout selfie today💪🏼I know most people may think I’m crazy or weird for working out on my birthday. A lot of people use their birthday as an excuse to “take a break” and not workout! I can’t think of any better way to celebrate another year of life then by moving my body and taking care of it so I can continue to celebrate more years of living! See, eating healthy doesn't take a lot of time. It just takes a little thought. Seriously. THINK about your schedule. Think about the days you'll have more time to cook and make extra for later in the week. Think about things that are healthy and quick and easy. What you put in your body is absolutely one of the most important things you can think about. It literally determines your future, your energy, your quality of life, your emotions. It's not hard. And I PROMISE, your future self will thank you!
So happy to be back home with my girl. We could have snuggled all morning ❤️but I have goals💪🏼So pre workout chugged and a great sweat sesh went down! So glad to be back to my routine!
