Food post time! Sanuki udon is everywhere in Takamatsu! So I had the sample Kamatama udon which is hot udon with a raw egg. There is soy sauce to drizzle over. The texture of this fresh noodles is chewy. The regular size is huge! I added the tempura batter bits and spice powder to up the shiokness.
