Question of the Week:
When should I do the saltwater remedy?
Did you know we all have some degree of black energy in our body? Black energy can create a variety of problems. Salt water treatment should especially be done when one experiences symptoms such as: •Lethargy
•Reduction in promptness
•Inability to think
•Excessive thoughts especially when they are negative in nature
•Anger or any other extreme emotion
•Any form of physical illness
Performing the 15 minutes salt water healing remedy helps to suck out black energy from our body thus helping in decreasing stress, overcomig lethargy, depression and makes us feel calmer and enthusiastic.

[oh what a feeling] out on the run - drinking’ up rain and soaking up sun. [oh what a freedom] like a sail in the wind - not looking back but not forgetting where I’ve been ☀️ #fridayvibes#myhighway#saltwatertherapy . . 📷: @jason22harris
Create a life that makes you excited to get out of bed in the morning!
This is one of my many favorite things about waking up at our beach house.
Roll out of bed, scrape my tongue, netty pot, drink my kangen water and nettle infusions then walk straight down to this view to soak up this beauty with a few stretches. Of course then followed by a barefoot beach walk, yoga + meditation on my porch listening to the sounds of the ocean roaring and wind blowing through the trees. .
What’s your morning routine? Does it fill up your soul up?
If not, then it’s time to change it up my friends.
Life is too short not to enjoy this gift from God we call life. .

Memories to last a lifetime were made this past week, exploring Hawaii with my loves and one of my best friends - my sister! Here’s our roundup:
🤤 Favorite food: Broke Da Mouth furikake garlic chicken.
🌊 Favorite beach: Hapuna.
❤️Favorite memory: it’s a tie between seeing Em J’s heart explode with excitement over the ocean, and watching the ocean waves break along the lava rock with my little family. .
⛰ Favorite adventure: Waipi’o Valley. The 400’+ falls cascading the green mountains, the wild horses, the black sand. Oh my. .
If you’ve been to the islands, what’s your favorite thing about them? Your best memory? A food you crave constantly??
FLURO FRIDAY 🌈🌊
We are a group of people who meet every Friday to have a chat about mental health. We come from all walks of life, and are a supportive, non judgemental group of frothers who have a shared love for the ocean.
We hold space for each other and check in with each other; discussing challenges we’re facing and self care strategies. We encourage everyone to come along and understand that sometimes just showing up can be the hardest part.
We recognise that sometimes being human is tough and we stand together to support each other. We find that salt water therapy always puts us in good stead and realise that sometimes ‘one wave is all it takes to free yourself from the funk’.
We are fortunate enough to meet on Bungalung country. We acknowledge the traditional owners of this beautiful land, the Arakwal people, and pay respects to elders past, present, and future. We are an important part of the community in Byron Bay and share a global community with the rest of the @onewaveisallittakes crew.
Next Friday come along and join us!
