One day I found a real legend, rye bread! Real rye bread, without sugar and yeast - mystery I guess. To admit, I tried to make unleavened bread, but I never managed to raise rye flour. And here I got it!
My requirements for bread have always been very hard:
↪No sugar, even in the minimum amount (read the post about sugar)
↪No yeast (pressed, hop based, wine yeast)
↪ No preservatives (well ...!)
I tried Tibetan unleavened bread of various bakeries, unleavened bread from the germinated wheat grains (Bahetle store), I had a half year experience of preparing wheat bread based on sour - now I know why bakers get fat!(Lol) I tried to switch to pita(lavash), It did not fit me. Crisp bread saves me sometimes, but it's too dry for me. .
Well yeah! 🙃 It was a breath of fresh air! The collection of my tastes has been replenished with a new favorite.
Honestly, I understand that I will refuse rye bread later or earlier. I recommend you to try it! Composition is just fantastic. Only rye flour, salt, water and sourdough starter (made from rye). The rye bread is heavy, quite wet, the crumb sticks to the knife. You can buy it from those who bake bread at home, in Ayurvedic shops or in Izhevsk)

Old fashioned, probably the best drink in the world! This bourbon is new to me. Wild Turkey 101 which has a high rye content. Got the tip from a bartender @drinks20 . Gotta say it's awesome! Need to try a couple of these at the same time with different bourbons soon. What is your favourite bourbon for an Old fashioned?
