I used to be a sleep-in and stayup late kinda gal but having kids changed things so I became a morning person and honestly I’ve grown to love it! I crave that quiet, alone time to focus on me and get centered so I can take on the rest of the day. It’s really helped me to be a better mom, wife, business owner and friend.
That routine listed above gives me sanity, happiness, patience, control and sets the tone for my day.
I’m a big believer in filling up my cup so I can pour into others whether that be taking care of my littles, chatting with clients at work or helping people meet their fitness goals.
