One of the greats in #rap and #rockmusic of my era. Why? Ad-Rock of #beastieboys played lead #guitar 🎸 on this one too. On other albums, the legend #RickRubin has made some amazing albums even better. It’s time for more great collaborations like #aerosmith and #rundmc , #publicenemy & #anthrax . The world needs more of this. Maybe it’s time for @gretavanfleet and @champagnepapi to bring tha noise!

Officially released this week- the new three song 12" single from the forthcoming JORUN PMC lp featuring myself on the mic and the infallible Jorun Bombay on the beats. This album will be a revisitation to some of the long lost styles of Hip Hop past- dope stuff that you don't hear anymore. Case in point: the funny rap songs of the mid 80's. "La Di Da Di", "Go See The Doctor", "Pickin' Boogers", etc etc. Does anybody even make anything like that anymore? I don't know, but we did because why not. Jo gave me a truly dope beat to play with (utilizing a tv show sample, another mid 80's rap staple) and I came up with "Lower Your Expectations", one of the three joints on this single. Can't wait for y'all to hear the full album, which we worked on for what seems like about 25 years! 😃 So much ridiculous b-boy blissfulness produced by Jorun... man, listen! COMING SOON. Thanks to everyone who's already purchased the vinyl single and for those who haven't you can hit @mrfantastic1975 for the direct link. 👊🏾 #Jorunpmc#jorunbombay#phillmostchill#loweryourexpectations#hiphophumor#funnyrap#comedyrap#realrap#realhiphop#randomrap#80shiphop#trueschool#rundmc#throwback#oldschool#oldschoolhiphop @jorunbombay
Location: Flemingdon Park, Toronto
Story: The shoe game started for me in the 80’s. Growing up in Flemingdon Park the usual things to do would be to hang around the resource Center and just be surrounded by some of the illest B-Boys. I was about 10-years old when the scene really blew up with “breakin” in theatres and RUN DMC on the radio. This culture gave me Adidas dreams but it was a SPARX reality until my lola (grandmother) bought me my first pair of shell toes. I ran them into the ground. Today im still about the Adidas life, specifically the Shells. However I will always remember my first pair. Thanks Lola, I love and miss you...
These littles out here living their best life Our great niece Tehya (middle kid) and her little crew had a decades party. Isn’t it just the cutest?! 🤗 I love her nod to Run DMC #walkthisway#rundmc#decadesparty#tiasbabies
