Spirulina, or blue-green algae, is a plantlike organism found in the ocean and some fresh water lakes. Spirulina has a lot of protein and a high amino acid profile, similar to what’s found in milk and meat, due to its branch chain amino acids. It is also a great source of iron and is high in vitamins B, C and E. Studies suggest that spirulina optimizes performance and prevents muscle damage. One recent study found that subjects running on a treadmill at an intensity of 70%-75% of their VO2 max for two hours had spared their glycogen (primary energy) stores, meaning they used less carbohydrate oxidation and more fat oxidation. In addition, they had reduced muscle damage and inflammation and took longer to fatigue. A serving size is one teaspoon of the powder or 4-6 tablets depending on the source you buy. A regular dose is 6-10g per day. Add spirulina to your pre- or post-workout shake.

Ontem foi um dia extremamente gostoso no @vemprocorreo2. Все знают о пользе спорта и здорового образа жизни, тем более в наше время! Однако я давно заметил тенденцию, что как правило спорт (да и просто физическая нагрузка/активность) заканчивается в жизни людей СРАЗУ ЖЕ как человек закончит последнее в жизни очное учебное заведение... и все! Начинаем плыть по течению, толстеть, дряхлеть, болеть...
Запомните, официально все мы после 25 лет начинаем физиологически СТАРЕТЬ! Медленно, потихоньку... но.
И только спорт может нам помочь, как-то замедлить этот процесс!
Многие пытаются начать "новую жизнь с понедельника", и чаще всего эта новая жизнь не начнётся НИ-КОГ-ДА!!!
Многие оправдывают себя нехваткой времени... Но мы ВСЕГДА находим время на то, что для нас ДЕЙСТВИТЕЛЬНО ВАЖНО!
Можно оправдывать себя бесконечно, но перед кем?! Перед собой?! Смешно - неправдали?!
Мой предподаватель научил меня этому... он сказал однажды - если ты не понял формулу, упустил какие-то детали, то где твои попытки... где черновики?! У меня они были и я единственный кто получил тройбан, за старанее, остальные пришли на пересдачу🙈 
Молодец мужик👍! А многие на курсе его яро ненавидили... ☝

Mon Dernier RUN, c’était le 14 Août. Piouuuu, ça remonte à loin ! J’ai couru en fractionné donc je n’ai pas tellement souffert. 
J’ai décidé d’être en repos aujourd’hui, car le soleil brille encore. C’est tellement agréable. Il fait beau, température très agréable à Nantes.
