✨Taking a ritual bath is meant to cleanse and protect a person spiritually, thus making it different than a normal bath you might do every day. 🛀🏽 SALT WATER BATH
1. Make sure you won’t be disturbed for at least an hour. Optional: light candles or incense or play relaxing music. Utilize what makes your aura lighter.
2. Fill your bath with warm water. The level is up to you. Don’t make it too hot.
3. Add 2-3 good handfuls of salt. Use a good quality unprocessed salt, such as unrefined sea salt or Himalayan crystal salt. Do not use regular table salt, as this has added anti-caking agents and has been refined, which removes beneficial minerals.
4. Optional: add a few drops of pure essential oils for aromatherapy purposes. Lavender is a good choice, as it will also help you to relax and unwind, and is generally very safe.
5. Soak for about 20-30 minutes. While you do so, make it your intention to let go of all negativity. You can pray for the release of any energy that you no longer wish to carry, or that is not for your highest good. You can also ask for spiritual support to raise your spiritual vibration.
6. For the best results, air dry when you get out of the bath. You may use a towel for your head and put a robe on, but do not towel dry. If possible, don’t take another shower or bath for 24 hours.
7. Take a salt water bath no more than once a week.

Sunday evening organizing and preparing for a new week.
Tonight I have a little helper. Our to-do lists aren’t matching up though… lol 😁
I have found that when I am organizing my to-do items; if I base them on categories it makes my week run much smoother.
Go through your to-do list and organize things by category or project, even separating between “Random Life Things” and “Work Things.” The reason why it’s helpful to organize by category is two-fold:
First, it is far less overwhelming to look at a to-do list that is organized by category.
Looking at a long and random list of everything mixed together, you can feel how exhausting it would be to bounce between so many different types of tasks.
That’s what you want to avoid.
Instead, organize by category so that you can get in one frame of mind and work through everything in that specific category. You are far more efficient when you can remain in one frame of mind for a long period of time, rather than bouncing between different types of tasks.
Organize, and you’ll be more efficient. .

Here's most of my leg training from yesterday. It turned into a family affair half way through because my youngest woke up from his nap. Maybe it can give you guys some variations to try.
Pulses or constant tension reps can be a great way to change up a routine without increasing weight.
The stair steps I did at the end while carrying my baby was killer!!! Ouch! In a good way 😉
Being at home has it's limitations equipment wise but it's no excuse for not getting in a great workout.
I started with a short Olympic bar underneath my bed with a few plates, and a pull up bar.
Now I've slowly built up a decent little home gym, but It's taken....🤔 7 years?
I often think we get paralyzed, by WHAT we should do, and end up doing nothing. how many reps? How many sets? What's the best exercises? does it matter if your not doing anything? Start!
Same goes for macros. What should my macros be? Does it matter if you haven't even tracked what your currently eating in one day? How about a week? Nope. Start.
