Team work makes the dream work! @shirinnovahair colored and added Slavic keratin tip extensions. I filter cut and trimmed dead ends, Then blended her highlights with a few face framing foils and root melt to match extensions. 🥰
Drop root, root melt, root tint, shadow root, root smudge, root stretch......?????🤔🤣 So many names!!!!!🙄 Not only does this application give depth and dimension, but my clients have been raving about the longevity. This added service has helped my guests to feel more comfortable with their grow out, and less rushed to get in for retouching. Creating more time and money to invest in #products and #styling#tools , which in the long run will also help with color longevity, scalp health and hair integrity
Must I also mention I am a certified Davines Educator! I've got all your products needs and answers!! @davinesnorthamerica
New Work | Spending a first holiday season at its Newbury Street location in Boston, the Toronto lifestyle retailer @Roots asked Counter Measure to add some festive cheer to the environments that define this new flagship space. Warmth, winter and nostalgic wonder filled the air. The room dedicated to the popular Salt & Pepper sweats received a Christmas Morning treatment, the fabric's all-grey tones mixing with living-room cosiness. The Legendary Leather area re-imagined a drive home through the forest, and a trunk stuffed with future joy. In the store's Cabin location, CM created a unique sculpture installation that invoked the wool long-johns discarded after a wintry hike through the woods. (It also served as an Instagram moment.) Plus we transformed the fitting rooms into a place for selfies, with the Roots mascot, a beaver name Buddy, as the photo op's co-star. The brand, the seasonal products and the experience mingled so closely, you'd think there was mistletoe around. #retail#interiordesign#innovation#ux#experience#product#retailexperience#iot#consumerjourney#cx#programmanagement#retailstrategy#RootsNewbury#rootsmudge
The gift of hair is a beautiful thing. Some people don’t realize what an impact hair can have on someone every single day. When I tell some of my clients about why I do NBR they are amazed at what an emotional feeling it is for me. I connect with people and get to see their eyes light up because they have hair they never thought they would see on themselves. It’s like a part of them awakens. I’m in love with my job and my beautiful clients! I learn so much from them and we share so much of life together in the few hours we spend bonding. Feeling blessed and excited for a week from now when we get to celebrate the reason for the season and why I’m so grateful every day.
Bring on the busiest week of the year! I may be a little MIA this week and hard to reach but I ensure you all I will respond(eventually). After this week I will be taking 10 days off and returning to work January 3rd 💖🥂#hartyourhair
