By no means is this super heavy weight compared to a lot of y’all out there, but this is darn good for myself! Full ROM on every single rep, only negative thing to stick out to me was unnecessary head and neck flexion at the bottom of each rep.. Never settle always room for improvement 🙏🏼💪🏽✏️

Last day. Ankles💥
First move make sure to keep your heel on the floor as you bend your knee forward. Move slow and do 10 on each side.
Ankle rotation. Move in one direction slow with a lot of control 10x’s and switch directions.
Ankle/toe sit. Stretch those ankles and toes OUT!! One of my favorites!! Ease into these stretches and hold as long as it’s comfortable for you. In time hold longer.
