Lying supine curl up to the bottom of your shoulder blades and interlace the hands behind the head elbows wide. Begin with the legs in a 90° angle and slowly lower toward the ground and back your 90° angle keeping the chest and shoulders lifted and quiet. Repeat for 30 seconds. Happy Birthday to ME! .... Silly, self-centered, obnoxious??? To some, probably yes.  I might have even thought that myself when I was younger.  I hated making a big deal about my birthday.  Then a few years back I found myself alone with 3 little boys (who never remembered my birthday) feeling a little blue and well, alone.  It sucked.  I decide that the next year I was somehow going to find a way to have some fun and invite anyone in my path to join me...hopefully spreading just a little more life, love, joy and fun along the way! Open Leg Rocker 
Open Leg Rocker is a move that for years I avoided teaching in my classes simply because I was terrible at it.  Over the past year I decided to just go for it (besides, isn't that how we grow?). Now it's a fun little "rest" in our ab set to play around with this move.  We have some proud moments along with some pretty good giggles! - [ ] Seated with knees bent and open shoulder width, hold ankles with hands from outside, pelvis tilt's posterior, balance and engage core, extend legs up and open. - [ ] Inhale roll back to the shoulder blades - [ ] Exhale return to balance and try to regain neutral spine.

Double Leg Extension - this is a challenging abdominal exercises that emphasizes trunk stabilization. The lower back remains firmly anchored on the mat as the arms and legs simultaneously stretch away from the center of the body and are then joined  back toward the center. Keep the eyes focused forward, head stable, and the neck and shoulders relaxed. * Lie supine with the knees bent toward the chest and one hand on each knee.  Peel head, neck and shoulders up off of the mat. Day 12: Scissor-  This exercise focuses on pelvic-lumbar stabilization and increasing flexibility in the hip flexors and hamstrings. 
Begin supine in table top and lift the head and chest off the mat to the bottom of the shoulder blades.  Reach one leg toward the ceiling with a light touch in either the ankle, calf or hamstring according to flexibility (avoid behind the knee). Lengthen the other long out of the hip socket low and forward.  Draw the lifted leg slightly closer to the face, deepening the abdominal contraction with two small pulse pulls.  Try either two small sniffs through the nose with the pulses and a deep exhale as the legs simultaneously exchange positions. 
Modification 1: Lower the head neck and shoulders 
Variation (not shown): Try with the hands behind the head, elbows wide or with hands reaching forward toward feet, palms up. #christmas
