I remember when i had my first beer.  That line is so old, last time i heard it i fell off my dinosaur. .

But seriously, rumpus time is over.  Your body does not have a calculator in its stomach that counts grams of protein. .
.
🤪the old myth is that 30 grams was the maximum per meal that your body can digest and absorb.  This is quite nonsense because i would literally have to eat 8 times a day.  Research has shown however that muscle building benefits are around .4-.6/kg/g a meal. .
.
🤪Example:  If you weigh 200lbs, then the benefits taper at around 80 to120 grams max.  Pretty interesting.  As bodybuilders, we usually space out that consumption throughout the day because of staying anabolic or just because 120g in one sitting is a little much. .
What matters ultimately is your total caloric intake broken down into macro ratios.  As long as you aquire your numbers every day you will benefit. .

Life is busy.  If your looking for a training split that will bestow upon you the gift of strength, search no more weary traveler. .

🏆this is a good three day split that allows you to focus on some big compound lifts. .

🏆looking over the exercises i would recommend that they be performed in that order.  Don’t be fooled, this is no easy task.  5 sets is a lot of work and a lot of energy. .

🏆it’s ok to pick a weight on the lighter side of heavy just to gauge how the program will feel for the first session or week.  After that, really go at it. .

🏆this will target your entire body so again, don’t be fooled.  Keep your diet and rest/recovery on point. .
