THE PARABLE OF THE WEEDS EXPLAINED
36 -Then he left the crowds and went into the house. And his disciples came to him, saying, “Explain to us the parable of the weeds of the field.”
37 - He answered, “The one who sows the good seed is the Son of Man.
38 - The field is the world, and the good seed is the sons of the kingdom. The weeds are the sons of the evil one, 39 - and the enemy who sowed them is the devil. THE HARVEST IS THE END OF THE AGE, and the reapers are angels.
40 - Just as the weeds are gathered and burned with fire, so will it be at the end of the age. .
41 - The Son of Man will send his angels, and they will GATHER OUT OF HIS KINGDOM ALL CAUSES OF SIN AND ALL LAW-BREAKERS, 42 and THROW THEM INTO THE FIERY FURNACE. In that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
43 - Then the RIGHTEOUS WILL SHINE like the sun in the KINGDOM OF THEIR FATHER. HE WHO HAS EARS, LET HIM HEAR. Matthew 13:36-43
Luke 17:26 And as it was in the days of Noe, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man.
Luke 17:27 They did eat, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, and the flood came, and destroyed them all.
Luke 17:28 Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded;
Luke 17:29 But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all.
Luke 17:30 Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed.
Matthew 24:37 But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
Matthew 24:38 For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,
Matthew 24:39 And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
4 Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.
5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.
During a press conference, in #Tehran , on Thursday November 8th, 2018, the @nationofislam leader #LouisFarrakhan warned the #UnitedStates president #DonaldTrump against #provoking a #conflict in the #MiddleEast , through #Israel :
"I am begging the #president and the government that supports him to be very careful, because if the trigger of war in the Middle East, is pulled by you, using your surrogates at the #insistence of #Israel , then the #war will trigger another kind of war which will bring #China , #Russia , all the nations in a war. It bothers me to twll you, Mister President, that the war will end #America as you know it." "I am a worker for #God . And the #truth will undo #falsehood . The #righteous will win against the #wicked . America said that they gave you #Iran billions of dollars but they never said that there were holding over a 150 billion dollars of #Iranian money and they were supposed to give it back during the #treaty arrangement. But has Iran gotten the money back? Can anybody answer that question for me?
What shall we say then? Are we to continue in sin that grace may abound? By no means! How can we who died to sin still live in it? Do you not know that all of us who have been baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death? We were buried therefore with him by baptism into death, in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, we too might walk in newness of life. For if we have been united with him in a death like his, we shall certainly be united with him in a resurrection like his. We know that our old self was crucified with him in order that the body of sin might be brought to nothing, so that we would no longer be enslaved to sin. For one who has died has been set free from sin. Now if we have died with Christ, we believe that we will also live with him. We know that Christ, being raised from the dead, will never die again; death no longer has dominion over him. For the death he died he died to sin, once for all, but the life he lives he lives to God. So you also must consider yourselves dead to sin and alive to God in Christ Jesus. Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, to make you obey its passions. Do not present your members to sin as instruments for unrighteousness, but present yourselves to God as those who have been brought from death to life, and your members to God as instruments for righteousness. For sin will have no dominion over you, since you are not under law but under grace. What then? Are we to sin because we are not under law but under grace? By no means! Do you not know that if you present yourselves to anyone as obedient slaves, you are slaves of the one whom you obey, either of sin, which leads to death, or of obedience, which leads to righteousness? But thanks be to God, that you who were once slaves of sin have become obedient from the heart to the standard of teaching to which you were committed, and, having been set free from sin, have become slaves of righteousness. Romans 6:1-18
I’ll be damned if this wasn’t true. All my life I’ve been trying to suck up to people just to get them to like me. I’m done with that. If you can’t accept me for who I am, then I don’t need you on my life🙏🏾 #righteous
Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.

So do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them." But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.
You are the branches, Jesus is the root.
"If the dough offered as firstfruits is holy, so is the whole lump, and if the root is holy, so are the branches."
Romans 11:16 ESV
"I am the true vine, and my Father is the vinedresser. Every branch in me that does not bear fruit he takes away, and every branch that does bear fruit he prunes, that it may bear more fruit. Already you are clean because of the word that I have spoken to you. Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit by itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in me. I am the vine; you are the branches. Whoever abides in me and I in him, he it is that bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing. As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you. Abide in my love. If you keep my commandments, you will abide in my love, just as I have kept my Father's commandments and abide in his love. These things I have spoken to you, that my joy may be in you, and that your joy may be full."
John 15:1-5, 9-11 ESV
The love of God in Jesus overcomes all.
"Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or danger, or sword? As it is written, "For your sake we are being killed all the day long; we are regarded as sheep to be slaughtered." No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord."
Romans 8:35-39 ESV
“Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter.” The ultimate measure of a man (or woman) is not where he (or she) stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he (or she) stands at times of challenge and controversy.” - MLK
I took the liberty of altering his words only slightly but I’m going to make the grand assumption if he were with us now in these radical times he’d be OK with the gesture. It’s been on my mind so much these days that it’s is far better and stronger to speak your own truth, be out loud with your beliefs and convictions regardless of the fallout because when we don’t, when we choose to silence our voice no matter how it might affect others we are complacent and complicit to a world we may not be able to save. Spent time on my run today soaking up the podcast ‘Under the Skin’ with @trewrussellbrand and @mariannewilliamson and the conversation is worth a listen.
