🍖 I LOVE @chubsmeats 🔥 Butcher shops serve a vital part to their community & Long Island is lucky to have a place like Chubs. Downright humble & quality meats. My man Ryan always grills me up that HEAT when I swing through. 👌 Great sandwiches too. #TheGrubfather#LongIsland#Medford#meatcurator#bbq#grill#ribs#brisket#chef#foodblogger
@gazoakley made it really easy for my transition into my herbivore lifestyle. The first 2 weeks I struggled thinking I’d just east salad, fruit and bread. He has a recipe for so many of your favorite recipes that you will realize that you will never miss foods from animals again. #lasagna#ribs#vegan#herbivore#gazoakley @avantgardevegan

Pity you can’t smell this. Without a doubt the best smell in #bbq is the smell from #alabamawhitesauce dripping onto charcoal.
Wood smoke and cooking brisket or ribs is good smell dont get me wrong, but the smell of white sauce hitting the coals produces its own scented smoke that can’t help but flavour the chicken.
And if you’ve not tried Alabama white sauce yourself, drop in to @wightsbbq to find out what you’re missing
This week we’re open as usual on Thursday and Sunday. But on Friday and Saturday we’ll be at @pifoodandwinefestival
