This latte is good, but not great. The milk taste overpowers the espresso which is unfortunate because the espresso has great smoky flavor and finishes smoothly. Though the milk coats the mouth, the espresso on the end always leaves you wanting another sip. It isn't overly sweet despite the predominance of the milk taste.
The chocolate chip scone pairs nicely and has strong flavor, which helps alleviate the blandness of the latte.
We noticed their espresso maker and/or milk frother seemed to be acting up. It was a very cool little coffee shop so we definitely give them the benefit of the doubt that this latte wasn't their best.
Rachel: I had to do school work, so I unfortunately missed this outing. But I look forward to going back!
Zach: 3/5. The espresso was very good, so this could have been a great drink but the overall bland flavor really hurt the quality. Giving it the benefit of the doubt with a 3 instead of a 2.
Best enjoyed with: Chocolate chip scones and Super Mario Odyssey
ALBUM REVIEW NO. 44: Wiz Khalifa - Rolling Papers 2 (2018)
Wiz... c'mon. 25 tracks? Really? I was about 11 or 12 tracks into this album and I already wanted it to be over, and by the time I heard Bone Thugs-n-Harmony using autotune (BONE THUGS. USING AUTOTUNE. WHAT. THE. FUCK. WHY. WHAT HAVE YOU DONE WIZ.) on "Reach for the Stars" I damn near wanted to kill myself. Not only is the album an hour and a half long, but nearly every song contains similar lyrical content, boring production, and, for most of the album, boring flows and bars. At least Drake had around half of a good album with at least 12 or 13 decent tracks out of 25. This has maybe 4 interesting tracks. However, the overwhelming majority was completely unmemorable with a few random flashes of something decent. As is the case with most albums over 20 tracks, this album is extremely repetitive, lethargic and overall a drag to listen to. I'd suggest sticking to older Wiz releases like Kush & Orange Juice and the original Rolling Papers if you want to listen to something decent by him.
Favorite Tracks: Rolling Papers 2, Real Rich, Rain, B Ok
Least Favorite Track: Any of the ones not in my favorites, they're all pretty much the same

Are you just letting life pass you by?
Does each day just kind of roll together?
Do you not really know your purpose?
Well for the cheap price of 17 installment did $478.45 I will help you find your goals.
Yeah jokes, definitely not trying to sell you anything because no one can find YOUR GOALS.
They are your passions for a reason and no one should question them. Those that question are just unaware or jealous. Those that try and sell you their only way just don’t know that you need to find your own journey. I am a big proponent of getting help from others but you have to find your journey with your own time.
You can’t expect to see change if you aren’t changing small things each day. This day to day life does not have to be ordinary but we can make it exciting. Maybe buy yourself one flowers today to make you smile or try and drive a new way to work. Take that road that no one takes because you may find some amazing things along the way.
What’s something new you did today?💕😘

151.) 3/5: I really didn't like this movie, the CGI parts were amazing to look at but the plot is honestly kinda poopy. Like, what in the fuck reason would a corporation want to find this big ass dorks easter egg and rule over the oasis for? Like okay cool you profit from big nerds and people with no lives but thats fucking dumb we already have that with EA having us by the dicks n pussies with pay walls for us to play as Darth Vader or something stupid like that. I hated the romantic side plot, it didn't feel like it was real and just felt forced and it was unbearable to watch. Now the best thing about this movie is the fucking CGI parts, that shit looked like what Blizzard does for their cutscenes or any cinematic thing they've done like, it looked so good. But i didn't like how all the major references were to shit from the 70s through the 90s like Iron Giant (idk if thats 90s or 2000s im sorry) The DeLorean (idk if thats how it's spelled im sorry) Bonsai Buckaroo or Buckaroo Bonsai, idk but I've never heard of that shit and the movie made me cringe with a lot of that shit. I did like the Mecha Godzilla and Iron Giant fight, that shit was pretty fucking rad.
#Book28of2018#bookstagram#review#part2 ...If parents were nice to their children they'd become average individuals who's lives have no impact on the world except to use up finite resources. You are cruel to be kind because in the end that gives you the discipline to go much further in life than being satisfied with mediocracy. #SteveJobs#WalterIsaacson

#Book28of2018#bookstagram#review#part1 I became aware of Steve Jobs after I watched his commencement speech at Stanford University and was mesmerised by the pearls of wisdom he effused. As I began reading his biography I felt disappointed that Jobs began to tumble from the pedestal I had put him on to. Jobs was a difficult person to know and be around as he was never satisfied and always discredited those around him; often taking their ideas on as his own. He would steal other people's ideas such as the GUI from Xerox Parc but then baulk at Microsoft or HP for trying to emulate his own creations. He was an absent father who only seemed interested in his son rather than his three daughters and would manipulate the emotions of those around him to get exactly what he wanted. That said he was brilliant at what he did. If it wasn't for the lead of Jobs and his management of those around him we wouldn't have the technology we have today. This biography got me thinking about our society and how everyone is now so concerned with being "nice" and "kind" to each other but what they don't seem to realise is that you aren't your best when someone is nice to you. If someone said you're amazing as you are they would be being "nice" but there'll be chatting shit. You're not amazing. You're a flawed human being and you should be working on yourself to be the best that you can be. Being nice is lazy; tough love is exactly that - tough. Being nice is putting up with shitty efforts for fragile self-obsessed egos that care more about how it feels than doing great work that benefits others. I admire Jobs for pushing those around him to realise that their best work is produced under duress; when the stakes are high you deliver. By refusing to acknowledge the naysayers who say they can't do something you give power to the ones that find a way. People are always limited by their own excuses and the blame they place on others for their own inadequacies. Being good at something is difficult and most people give up. If parents were nice to their children ...#SteveJobs#WalterIsaacson
Quick little first impressions for you. I needed a new instant brush cleaner I picked this up @target today! It’s comes in 2 and 5 oz. my target only had 2 available for 9 dollars. So far it’s good. There’s still a little color on my brush but for 9 bucks it’s not bad!
Let's talk BONDS!!! ~In single bonds ,one pair of electron is shared -one from each atoms. ~In double bonds , two pair of electron is shared -two from each atoms. ~In triple bonds, three pair of electron is shared -three from each atoms. ~Molecular formulas are compact, but do not contain a great deal of information-they indicate only the numbers and types of atoms in a molecule. ~Structural formulas indicate which atoms in a molecule are bonded together. Single, double, and triple bonds are represented by a single, double, and triple dashes, respectively. Structural formulas also indicate geometry in two Dimensions. This method is used for for planar molecules such as water and O2. ~Ball-and-Stick models take up more space and structural formulas, but provide information on the three-dimensional shape of molecules and indicate the relative sizes of atoms involved. ~Space-filling models are more difficult to read them ball and stick models but more accurately depict the spatial relationships between atoms.
Romantic Date Night! This time Mr F took me to @thaisquaregroup because I looooove Thai food. Mr F has never tried Thai food so this was a first for him. We visited the Covent garden one and boy was it worth it.
ATMOSPHERE: You walk in and it's already got such a romantic ambience. The lighting is dimmed romantically and the decor is authentic Thai- lotus flowers and Buddha statues around the place. The waitress was kind and offered us a quiet romantic window corner seat.
FOOD: Mr F looked at the menu for 10 seconds and already decided we are getting the mixed starters. For Mains I prefer Red curry over green so chose that and we also got a sweet and sour stir fry dish.
MIXED STARTER: This consisted of Chicken satay, vegetable spring rolls, king prawn butterfly, sesame prawn toast and Thai prawn dumplings. You receive 2 pieces of each. All were scrumptious but Our favourites were the dumplings and prawn toast. We wanted more of the dumplings and the prawn toast was different to usual because it was absolutely stuffed with prawns and spring onion. PERFECT for two prawn lovers.
RED CHICKEN CURRY: This went down a treat. This was Mr F's first red curry and he loved it. Not too spicy and VERY creamy. There was a good quantity of chicken and it had some bamboo shoots and baby aubergine in which were ever so tender - all which complemented the sauce. Both Mr F and I drank the left over sauce as a soup #NoShame
SWEET AND SOUR KING PRAWN STIR FRY: Mr F loves sweet and sour so this dish was for him. He enjoyed it and it's definitely better than others we have had. Prawns were nice and juicy (they still had their tails on which we weren't too pleased with) and there was a good helping of vegetables with the dish.
Great food, beautiful atmosphere and friendly customer service gives @thaisquaregroup a 9/10
Film Review: Ocean’s 8
Directed by Gary Ross, Ocean’s 8 is a surprisingly entertaining but forgettable film.
The cast are the standout as every character brings something to the heist, although aren’t treated equally. Sandra Bullock plays Debby Ocean as lead and I liked her performance though wasn’t outstanding. I especially love one of the first scenes when Ocean goes on a “shopping” spree. Her chemistry with Cate Blanchett was great, although they’re outshone by Anne Hathaway and Helena Bonham Carter imo. These two add some great humour into the film, and they steal the scenes they appear in. It’s great to see Sarah Paulson do something different than AHS TV and her character was fun to watch. I was pleasantly surprised with Rihanna’s performance as she’s not primarily an actress but did well in her small role. And she was GORGEOUS in that red dress! Mindy Kaling and Awkwafina unfortunately didn’t get as much screentime as the others, so while they had key scenes, their characters were kinda just added along for their niche skills.
The plot was interesting enough and I enjoyed the twist. However, the stakes didn’t seem very high and any problems they had were resolved in 30 seconds (a little too perfect). The film is more interesting during the heist but in the third act, James Cordon didn’t work. He felt like himself rather than his character, someone else could’ve been cast. Also Debby Ocean’s subplot was a bit forced.
With Steven Soderbergh as a producer, it definitely felt like Ross has tried to make a Soderbergh heist film. I saw Logan Lucky earlier this year, and Ocean’s 8 is very similar in the way it’s structured (just set in the Met instead). It’s not bad but doesn’t add anything new to the heist genre. As a fan of the Met Gala, it was cool to see the inside of the gala and BTW the costumes and outfits were on point! Every member had their distinct style and shoutout to Kim K, as the celeb cameos were cool to spot!
The main issue with Ocean’s 8 is that while I had a great time seeing it, it wasn’t particularly memorable/special besides from the outfits and cast. Still worth a watch for a good time!

May your highlighter be as colorful as your dreams.💭🌈✨ If you’re bored of the usual basic highlight shades and want to step out of the box, @anastasiabeverlyhills Dream Glow Kit might just be what you're looking for. It consists of 6 pastel shades that cast a multicolored beam of light and shifts colors when you turn your face at different angles. Colored highlighter can be tricky to use, especially on fair skin tones, because you don't necessarily want to see a stripe of pink or purple across your cheekbones. I like to dust it on the apples of my cheeks and blend it back towards the cheekbones so it's a wash of color. I think the shades would be beautiful on the eyes as well to add dimension on the lids or on the inner corner as a highlight. The formula is just as smooth as other ABH Glow Kits but maybe because it has multicolor reflects in it, there's a bit of glitter throughout. I don't particularly mind it, I think it gives it that iridescent effect, but it could bother some. It's a unique array of highlight tones and if you want to channel your inner unicorn, this is the highlight for you. 🦄 • Wish: beige champagne with violet reflect sparkles • Unicorn: fuchsia and lavender sparkles
• Magic: icy silver with multicolor reflect sparkles
• Ethereal: lavender with blue reflect sparkles
• Sunshine: yellow-gold with lavender shimmer
• Regal: warm pinky-peach with multicolor reflect sparkles
