We're super proud of all of our students receiving their ATARs and VCE scores this morning! We've had some of the strongest results this year with a number of students breaking into the elusive top 10% and 40+ study scores!
Well done to all receiving their scores today. It can be a day of mixed emotions for many but regardless of your score, remember that a score doesn't define your capability and that life's successes will come from the enthusiasm and diligence you employ rather than a number on a screen.
Congrats again to the class of 2018!
Well done to our Year 12 students on a wonderful year of achievement, with all students successfully completing their VCE.
Students achieved very strong results. 27% received an ATAR of 85 or above, placing them in the top 15% of all students state-wide. 40% of Cornish students achieved an ATAR of 80 or above, placing them in the top 20% of the state.
We’re pleased to announce Henri Urpani as Cornish College Dux with an ATAR of 98.90; an outstanding result. Henri also received study scores greater than 40 in Algorithmics (HESS), Mathematics Methods, Physics and Specialist Mathematics.
So the good news is, I’m certain they would never have asked me to wait 6 long weeks for results if they had found something ominous on my annual scans. On the flip side, I absolutely HATE these appointment days. There really is nothing more terrifying than waiting on every last word, facial expression & body language of your medical team holding those results. Good thing my orthopod is as handsome as it gets. 🥰😍❤️Here goes nothing! #cancersurvivor#scanxiety#resultsday#fucancer
You want better results?
I get it. Not only take massive action, but change your beliefs. If you really believe, together with massive action, will give you the results you want

✅ Reward is excellent. 5 pounds, 10 pounds, 30 pounds.... I’ve lost all of that! Why can’t you?! 🤷🏻♀️🤪

👉🏼Lean bulk is finally finished dude!👈🏼
Naturally I celebrated just as any logical person would😜🍕
This program was probably the most comprehensive program I’ve done to this point. Every little detail was emphasized from the workout structure, nutrition, sleep, recovery, supplementation.
💭And the results?💭
My goal was 6lbs of muscle in 12 weeks
Number wise. I gained 6.5💪🏼
Being realistic I want to say somewhere within a pound of that may just be extra water weight💦
But either way I’ll take it! Right on that goal number and gaining that much lean mass in 12 weeks is not normal😳
I’ve also stayed relatively lean. Even though I look like a bloated zebra a lot of the time from this insane calorie intake🙈, fat mass only went up about 4lbs
Which again building that much mass in relation to fat is not normal🤨
A lot of credit just goes to the thoroughness and emphasis of every detail from this program. Every bit of it I built and customized to me, my goal and my physique.
👊🏼It really shows event the littlest things you do can mean an extra 1/2 lb here or a 1/4 lb there.
This puts me up about 9 lbs in mass for the year. I still want to build a lot more muscle and have another goal set for 2019, but for right now - I’m taking a vacation dude🤙🏼
