Felt so motivated and so strong on this leg day. Did 307lbs on the leg press machine which seriously made me smile 😃 from ear to ear.
See my problem is that I stay on track with the gym stay on track with eating then Bam I See something that I shouldn’t have and I guess I don’t have enough will power to Stop. So today is the day where I STOP THAT HABBIT because I’ll be in a department where temptation will be staring me in the eyes.
Wish me luck babes, I have to get my Dream SUMMA 🌸 bod but can’t when I’m eating how I’m eating. But I did take a rest day today super doper sore from upper body and still sore from lower body so definitely needed this, anyways babes love you 😘 have a kickass HumpDay 🐪 .

Today I didn’t do much , I just went on a walk to get some fresh air because I woke up feeling crappy; really dizzy and weak.
It made me realise just how important listening to your body is, fitness and health isn’t just about being a ‘gYmLaD’ it’s about taking care of your body physically and mentally. Today wasn’t the best day to go picking up heavy things in the gym! I know a lot of people are afraid to skip the gym but, sometimes you can be doing yourself more harm than good by going! It’s down to you to determine how your body is feeling, take care of yourself 💖 one day of rest won’t ruin your progress it could help it

There's nothing wrong with admitting that you need to rest. It's so hard for me to take rest days because I still have that mentality that if I stop I will lose everything I've worked so very hard for!
But in all reality it won't make much of a difference as long as I keep my nutrition in check.
This past weekend I further hurt my rotator cuff in my right shoulder, the pain is real and I've made the decision to take it easy with the weights for the next week. Hard as it is for me, it needs to happen.
So I'll be doing dancing, treadmill liss, and other forms of exercise to get my heartrate up.

A little clean and jerk for ya. We did 6 x 2 c+j @ 70% of our 1 RM. My focus here was to make sure that technique and form were good although I won’t lie I feel a little tight. It’s time to take a rest day and give my body time to heal so I can come back stronger during my next session 😊. Don’t make the common mistake of quantity over quality! In some cases less is actually more. Listen to your body and trust what it’s telling you, that bitch knows what’s up.
