“Strong alpha male masculine energy creates a space and the environment where women will feel safe and comfortable enough to relax, and willingly submit to follow the lead of men. In order for this to happen, men must first demonstrate the right amount of charm, humor, humility, respect and confidence that displays their worthiness and earns the respect of women.” ~ Coach Corey Wayne, Photo by iStock/BlackbourneA #alphamale#energy#respect#confidence#relationships#women#sex#dating#attraction#love#seduction#communication#getexback#relationshiphelp#dreams#goals#marriage#success#coachcoreywayne

I love reading poetry and trying to decipher and understand what the writer is trying to say in their poem. I may be wrong but this is my interpretation.
I feel William Blake in this poem, explains how upset and angry he is with his friend. He does the right thing by telling his friend how upset he is and with this things work out between them. On the other hand he does not tell his enemy, how angry he is with them and so his anger grows more and more.
I like the reference of the apple, it reminds me of the story of Adam and Eve.
I feel the moral of the story is, try to be forgiving and live your life happy especially with your family and friends.
This was a tree I spotted in Botanical Gardens in Melbourne incidentally.
“A Poison Tree” by William BLAKE
“I was angry with my friend:
I told my wrath, my wrath did end.
I was angry with my foe:
I told it not, my wrath did grow.
And I watered it in fears.
Night and morning with my tears:
And I sunned it with smiles.
And with soft deceitful wiles.
And it grew both day and night.
Till it bore an apple bright.
And my foe beheld it shine.
And he knew that it was mine.
And into my garden stole.
When the night had veild the pole;
In the morning glad I see;
My foe outstretchd beneath the tree.”
