With Autumn being at its peak, for me that usually means sheep farming is all I think about and do for a week or even more 🐏🐑 ⠀
These two are definitely more than just couch potatoes this time of year, although not the best of sheepdogs they do their part and then some, especially chasing the sheep that somehow managed to escape the mastering in the first place. ⠀
Bruised legs, sore muscles and lack of breath are also part of the job - I remind myself each year, to get in better shape for next year, but somehow never do 🤦🏻♀️⠀

I have not done alot of people photography but I feel this photo has alot going on in a single shot. This photo was taken recently during a festival in Bhutan, the three young boys had just sat down for lunch with the family with the youngest looking tired after a morning of festivities. The young boy in the foreground is happily playing with his new bubble blowing stick providing entertainment for his friends outside of the photo. Then there is the contrast between all this with the western man one of the lucky few to be here on this day, two cameras in hand wanting to capture as much as he could of the festivities.
So when I jumped in a lake today, a 3 hour quad tour one way, in this amazing lake a few locals were harvesting clams. Because it was near a volcano the water smelled very sulfuric and amazingly warm. I have never experienced in my life being able to put my hands in the mud then grab so many massive bivalves at once. They were huuuuuuge! So I collected a bunch to give to my guide to eat with his family as a thanks for showing me. Meanwhile, just down the way, screams of a goat being harvested. #food#love#clams#local#foraging#explore#remotelocations .. some days you never know what you’ll learn...
When the weekend starts like this 🙌🏻⠀
Spent the whole day exploring Vagar with @veingir , @5eyes_photography , @lilllayyy_c and @fremmand . Gásadalur is surely a safe bet if I could only chose one location as a favorite of the day. Have you ever been?
Sailing through Indonesia with the best seat on the boat 🇮🇩⛵️ ————————————————————-
My favorite part about our trip with @starclipperssailings is how different it was from big cruise lines. We went to tiny islands that tourists don’t normally get to see - some didn’t even have a dock for the ship so we got transferred to a smaller boat then a tiny raft which brought us right up to the beach and we waded ashore (a “wet” landing) 💦
During the day we hung out with the crew, climbed the mast, toured the engine room... and at night we stargazed on the open ocean (usually after a several hours of dancing) 💃🏻 ✨
It was such an immersive sailing experience, I’m itching to get back out on the ocean. Looking for any leads on working Yacht Week, sail trips or short cruise contracts?! One month til Greece 🇬🇷 📷 @leighzybop #starclippers
