I had a wisdom tooth extraction surgery today. This molar was growing sideways in my gums and pushing the closest dental pieces.
It sure still feels like an excrutiating pain. But it moves it around and it reminds me of how much I can tolerate.
We often are afraid of #pain , whether physical or emotional, but it usually comes as an offering from the Universe to facilitate the #release of accumulated blockages in our Selves. It is all just about us taking or not that opportunity.
The more I feel and am present with my aching #body , the more I tune into that planetary feeling of suffering. I choose not to suffer over this pain. I choose to take it all in the most courageously I can for I know it is modifying my #DNA , reinforcing my #resilience . It is my body and if I chose to avoid the pain through painkillers, the numbness would not allow me to know my #Self fully through this so vivid experience.
But as I struggle with this pain, I allow myself to rest. To stop a little bit and sink into all the thoughts and feelings coming through.
Maybe our mental or physical conditions are just our #innerchild throwing tantrums waiting to be heard and acknowledged.

I'm a silent laugher or when I get really excited I snort. I regularly have tears streaming down my face when I'm laughing.
Laughter lowers your inhibitions and raises your vibrations, releasing those feel good chemicals dopamine, seratonin, oxytocin and endorphins.

After my birthday and a little before it I started really focusing on my mental health, thinking about the pain I’ve felt since I was a child. Truth is I’ve always been an outcast just because I chose to think different, be different therefore I was treated different. Thankfully God has blessed me with friends throughout my life that I found comfort in that allowed me to feel like I was home; because I’ve always served him he has rewarded me with nothing but love. I’m not allowing anyone to disappoint I won’t give them the opportunity if I wasn’t good enough then I’ll never be good therefore I won’t chase the dream of acceptance but the dream of peace... |
So on this 35th road of my life I’m choosing me fully, I cutting off whomever and whatever has never done me right and I’m focused on doing what and being with those that bring me joy while focused on making an impact on the community I serve... |

Probably my favorite way to improvise honestly.
