☄☆°Triggers and Fixes°☆ ☄ ☆•They say everyone has some kind of fix or trigger that relieves them momentarily from any stress, tension or pressure from events in our lives...Believe me there are very unique, crazy, cringe, euphoric ways people would do so in this world. The proof is around you. Smart phone addiction for a start from you just reading this message, some prefer Religion and God, where others find it easier to settle and enjoy smoking, drinking, getting out of the zone, if you know you know. There are many, the list can go on... ☆•I however have come across a few triggers and fixes I developed from childhood peer pressure from school and taking inspiration and observation of life from smokers in the household or family, or just being surrounded and almost suffocated by your local friends from around the area on repeat with their actvities day in day out with no apparant interest to change or grow. ☆•Now as a adult I have come to realise, many things we do in a younger more immature mindset and in totally different circumstances has an impact on us today. Any habits developed in the past you must observe yourself partaking in and make it your mission for 7 days complete abstinence away from all bad fixes. Some people have their good fixes which is great for their own growth n productivity; this ones just for those with bad fixes or habits. Go Cold Turkey. Remove all distractions. Cut out and block all people on all platforms that make you think about your fix, or trigger you to go for it, anyone that has shared that moment, that connection with the habit heavily involved, tell that person what you intend on doing and you need space for a few days. Be open to people helping you recover. Know your not alone. Every single person has a fix, a habit, a ritual or routine they rely on for comfort, if yours is bad, fight to end it and create or choose a more positive and more productive fix or habit. Replace bad habit for good habit. Thats a hack to beat any addition or bad habit. Just replace it with a good one.
