If not all, most of us have experienced sexual harassment while walking through the streets, even through our own neighborhoods. Many women have taken to social media to express the need to end catcalling culture because this inappropriate behavior just doesn’t happen once or twice, but three times and more. It may result in violence, some cases even death, and it instills fear within ourselves when in reality, we should feel comfortable and free once we head out into the world. It’s straight up disrespectful, and as we continue to speak alongside of our sisters, we hope to strip away that fear and implement change within our communities. // #regram @yahoolifestyle via @thefemalecollective_

The holiday season is tough. It just is.••As always, self-care is important. Reducing your own suffering may seem like a small thing in the face of your immoveable pain, but it really is the one place we have power inside grief. Take breaks as you need to. Say no to things. It's not "selfish," it's self-preservation.••If you need some encouragement (and ideas) to get through the holidays with as little suffering as possible, follow the link in my profile and check out "Grief Tips: surviving the holidays"••Current events in the world, plus the holidays - and both things on top of your grief - can make things harder, and weirder. As you move through these next few months of holiday grief land-mines, please look for those places, and those people, with whom you find even a tiny bit of peace or comfort. We all need way-stations. Rest stops.••Companionship with people who truly understand what it is to live on in this life-after-death can make things better, even when it can't make anything "right." In fact, hanging with people who know nothing can be made "right" makes a gigantic difference.••How about you? Have you found places (or practices) that companion your sadness? What tactics are you using to extricate yourself from events or places that won’t make room for your truth? Let us know in the comments. Not only do I like to hear from you, but others in the community can use your ideas!••#megandevine#refugeingrief#itsokthatyourenotok#griefrevolution#griefsupport#lifeafterloss#griefsucks#griefquotes#grieftips#holidaygrief

"A vida útil da 'A Lista de Schindler' renovou a minha fé de que os filmes podem fazer um bom trabalho no mundo, mas cabe às pessoas permitir que essas imagens sejam impressionáveis, durem e que as pessoas façam algo a respeito." - Steven Spielberg sobre o filme vencedor de sete Óscares, que foi lançado nos cinemas há 25 anos hoje.

When in Paris during the holidays, a stop at @galerieslafayette to see the Christmas tree is a must. The best view is from the Glasswalk. Then, check into @hotellutetia to warm up at the pop-up Vodkaviar bar. Share with #ForbesTravelGuide for a chance to be featured! #Regram : @wonguy974
