I always get sentimental when I see new leaves unfurling on my plants (look closely for tightly rolled up new leaf). I chose the plant, brought it home, gave it the conditions it needed, but it didn’t have to grow for me. The fact it’s appreciated the conditions and growth is happening, makes me feel like it’s growing for me, which is pretty nice. Maybe it chose me too 🌞🌱

||Reformer|| so excited about my brand new shiny Stott reformer! She is strong and beautiful (like a lot of the Pilates woman I know!) and completes my home studio. Feeling pretty bliss after the EKKA holiday 😌 feeling even more bliss after trying @biteswithbalance Superfood Peanut Butter & Chocolate Protein Truffles 👌🏼😋
1 can drained and rinsed butter beans
1/2 cup almond meal
3-4 tablespoon @picspeanutbutter
2 tablespoon @happywayau vanilla pea protein
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1-2 tablespoon maple syrup
Process ingredients together in food processor. Roll into balls and freeze for 20 mins. Store in fridge.
For chocolate flavour 🍫 half mixture, add 1 tablespoon cacao powder, extra splash maple syrup and blend again
Sweep, pulse, extend and bend, sweep (externally rotated) and pulse. Focus on equally distributing your weight. The tendency is to favor the side of the stabilizing leg. Find balance, keep your neck long, shoulders over wrists, lats engaged, belly button pulled up, and tailbone tucked. Easy enough? Lift with your butt and hamstring NOT your back. I did this on 1 blue spring.
