Today i’m going to go to group, then have lunch, then work some more on a job application for something i am genuinely qualified for / would probably suit me ok. Still haven’t weighed myself but I can no longer wrap my hand around my arm so that’s that. Feel nicely sore from the strength work out though so hoping at least some of the gains will make me stronger and less miserable. It’s not easy to hold onto that possibility, and i’m still very scared and my ED is not happy w any of this... 😬

With that i want to make you think about what is important for you,what you are gonna remember 5 years from now,what you think is that special that you are gonna remember when you are gonna be 70 .I am sure that you want to remember holidays with family and friends,nights that you spend with your friends watching romanctic movies and eating snacks ,moments you felt like you couldn't stop laughting,beatiful places that you visited all around the world and many other things .The last thing that i think you wanna  remember is how you spend your day at home because you were scared to go out with your friends because of the food ,holidays that all you thought about was the food that you ate and the food that will eat,you wanna remember you didn't traveled because you can't cook for yourself or if you traveled the only thing that you thought about was getting back on track(OMG i hate this words) after you  get home?Honesly i prefer the first things and i think that everyone should prefer them .I don't wanna be 70 and all i could remember to be how much i lost because off all of this.Trust me 20 years from now you're not gonna remember that on 4th of july you consumed ........calories but you're gonna remember all you lost because of this bullshit ,because of this fucking bitch that destroys our life .I wanna live my life ,i wanna laught,cry because i am so happy,spend time with my family and friends and accept and love myself to the fullest .Life is so much more than calories,weight and fucking bmi,i mean no one will come at you and ask"what's you bmi,if it's more than 20 you can't laught or you can't come in this store" i mean FUCK,FUCK THIS CALORIES,FUCK WEIGHT,FUCK THIS BITCH,FUCK DIET CULTURE,JUST ENJOY LIFE ,EAT DELICIOUS FOODS AND YOU'LE SEE THAT LIFE IS GONNA BE SO MUCH MORE ENJOYABLE😘

Ich gehe heute Abend vielleicht auf ein Fest, bzw. Konzert. Ich weiß aber nicht, ob ich es kräftemäßig schaffe.🙁💗 Es werden sehr, sehr viele Leute dort sein und es wird laut werden. Ich werde es probieren, weil ich jedes Jahr auf diese Fest gehe und ich es total mag. Es kann sein, dass ich es nicht schaffen werde, aber das ist ein weiterer Grund weiterzumachen und nie aufzugeben. ❤️Ich habe so viel durch diese Krankheit verloren und konnte bei vielem nicht machen. Today the friend of mine who lives far away will come here to see me. We’ll probably go shopping and have dinner at my favourite sushi place. In the evening we’ll drive to our summer cottage and spend a couple of days there so I won’t be that active for a while. I’m so excited to see her but at the same time a bit hesitant. After I got sick I haven’t spent that much time with my friends so I’m unsure about what to do or speak. This illness is not glamorous. You become withdrawn and distant. The only thing you can think is food, weight and calories. I’m thankful that my friends have still stayed here, supported me and fought with me even though I haven’t kept almost any contact. It’s finally time to be there for them as well.👐🏻

If you saw my story, you know that I thought about stop weighting my food, I started weighting it because I wanted to make sure that I eat a certain amount of calories a day, but tbh, yesterday and wednesday I was hungry in the evening and I wanted to eat another slice of toast but I was scared, scared of the calories. So I didn’t eat it... I‘ll continue counting my calories to make sure I eat enough and to learn how to „eat normal“. And I‘ll stop weighting some things like fruits, berries... I'll measure less and less every day until I don‘t measure almost anything and then I'll stop ✋🏼💓 I think that’s a good plan because, this way I learn how much my body needs 🤰🏽💗 (btw. I measured NOTHING from my breakfast 👆🏽 today) 😏

Buongiorno!🍭 Quando arriva la dottoressa a visitarmi le dico che mi prepari la lettera di dimissioni per lunedì, mi spiace ma non ce la faccio proprio più, mi è arrivata anche una signora in stanza che è pesantissima e logorroica, non mi lascia in pace un attimo e non mi ha fatto nemmeno dormire bene😡non la sopporto è sempre che mi parla e si lamenta per qualsiasi cosa, pure mentre sto studiando la teoria della patente continua a parlarmi, non riesco nemmeno a guardare la tv, insopportabile!

Ich hatte die Idee, das Laugenbrötchen in den Pudding zu tunken und das war mega lecker. 😌😂 Es hat einfach exakt, wie eine Dampfnudel mit Vanillesoße geschmeckt.🙆

I’ve got a recipe that all of you #nooch fans are going to DIE for: “magic tofu.”
My local, organic grocery co-op calls sells it house-made in their deli, but a year or two ago I decided to try making it at home to save $$$ and I swear it’s just as good - if not better!

• Details -> Halve & press a block of tofu for minimum 30 mins (the longer the better to really get the moisture out!). Once pressed, cube it in whatever size you like & coat it evenly in a mixture of 1/4c nutritional yeast, about a tsp of granulated garlic, and salt and pepper (I added about 1/4tsp cayenne this time & it was such a good addition!). Then bake at 350°F for 20ish minutes and voila! You’ve made the best baked tofu in the whole world: so good some might even call it “magic.” 😉😋

Today my mood hasn’t been that great but at least my day included some amazing news. A really close person of mine who has survived through an eating disorder in her youth is now pregnant. She’ll give birth to her first child in the beginning of the next year and I couldn’t be happier for her. I know that not everyone of us wants children but if you do use it as a motivation to get better. Personally my future family that doesn’t even exist yet has given me so much strength to keep going. I want to find that special guy and go on dinner dates with him without caring about the calories that the wine we drink or the food we eat has. I want to marry him and walk down the aisle with a fitting wedding dress and shiny, strong hair tied on my head. I want to be able to have kids with the man of my dreams. I want to live. Breathing and existing with an eating disorder just doesn’t happen to be living at all.👐🏻

The first image is a collage of when I went to the zoo last year, and the second image is from the zoo today. Last summer, my eating disorder became very controlling and vain.💆🏻‍♀️ First and foremost, I was simply not eating enough. I was still eating, but my day mainly consisted of an apple, some other fruit, at times yogurt, cereal, and some sort of dinner. Despite being very restrictive with my meals, I exercised way too much! I would run 5 miles daily, along with going to the pool, being very active at the park, a late night hour long bike ride, as well as 3 hours worth of YouTube workouts. 🏃🏻‍♀️ (I can go more in debt on another post, if you would like). Also, I would get super shook up if I missed a workout, and when I tried to workout whilst babysitting the kids, they would try to crawl under me, and I would get super agitated at them. 😞 Fast forward to October; I was at my lowest weight, and I was no longer able to do P.E., so I threw away my breakfast and lunch. The only thing I ate all day was a few pieces of vegetables for dinner. My Godmother came over for my birthday, and I was miserable. I ended up becoming hospitalized, and I nearly died because my heart rate was in the low 30s. I was in the ICU (intensive care unit), and I had strict 24/7 watch by nurses, as well as a feeding tube, and no freedom. Around Christmas, I had gained some weight, but I was still no where near well mentally. Same thing goes for the picture from January. Now, bringing it into present time, I am happier and healthier than I was before! As far as it goes physically, I have lots of energy, and I am at a healthy weight! However, I still need to gain a few more pounds so that my doctors are satisfied. 😋 It is kind of hard for me to workout because my stamina has declined and some of my joints hurt when lifting weights. But, I know it will take time; my body just needs to get used to it. 💪🏼 Mentally, I still struggle with body dysmorphia and body image. (CONT. IN THE COMMENTS).

Aftensnack - 1 stk knækbrød med nutella🍫 og i dag en pære🍐 i stedet for det sædvanlige æble, som jeg ikke havde flere af hjemme. Dagen har været god - først skulle jeg have min søsters cykel transporteret hjem til mig, derefter stod den på forskellige opgaver i "samvær" bl.a. bordtennis, som var ret sjovt at prøve igen, en god gåtur med en veninde og oprydning (jep, jeg var så rastløs, at jeg blev sat i gang med at støvsuge). Og her i eftermiddags stod den på cykeltur og tøj prøvning til i morgen. Heute war schon der vorletzte Tag hier und morgen werden wir dann noch spontan entscheiden worauf wir Lust haben und was wir dann machen! Das Wetter ist echt genial, ich genieße es sooo sehr!!!💞 Eben war ich noch Mama draußen und wir haben den Sonnenuntergang über den Bergen genossen! Wir haben uns auch ein bisschen unterhalten, aber ich weiß selbst nicht so wirklich, was mir momentan helfen könnte... naja, wird hoffentlich bald besser und bis dahin heißt es eben: nach vorne schauen und das Beste draus machen🤷🏼‍♀️

после ужина все пошло не по моему плану (с К ночевать не вышло), но все равно клево.
я пошла к тете, где сидели мои бабушка, дедушка и брат. там заточила мааленькое яблочко и немного малины, чтобы не обижать ее/тетю/. что то мне в голову стукнуло позвать брата Р гулять, и мы пошли.
пришли в центр и встретили К. было очень весело. он купил нам по мороженке и огромную бутылку Cola Cherry (Pepsi вкуснее). мы тупо ходили по городу. Р еще купил чипсы, они с К ели, но я отказалась, ибо 1)загоны, 2)чет не ПП, 3)с моим гастродэоденитом как то не очень. мы проводили К домой к 9, потом Р пошел провожать меня, и мы зашли в магазин за туалетной бумагой, ахаха.
Бисак подействовал еще возле дома К, и я прям бежала домой..вот только подействовал он плоховато..подожду еще и, наверно, закинусь завтра еще (но не точно).
пришла домой, в душ и в кроватку..сейчас лежу, отдыхаю, кайф.
ну, а завтра, надеюсь, все пойдет по моим грандиозным планам. если так, то не появлюсь уже после завтрака или обеда. хоть бы все прошло так, как я хочу.

Lunch was something different! I made a chickpea ‘omelette’/pancake with pepper and spinach along side hummus, kale, tortilla wrap and some carrots and cucumber for good measure 👍🏻

The recipe is literally the simplest thing but I have to admit I have tried to make this before and it turned into chickpea mush... ————
RECIPE
- 45g chickpea flour/gram flour
- 150ml water - half a red pepper finely chopped - handful of chopped spinach - garlic powder - salt and pepper ————
METHOD
1️⃣mix together the water, chickpea flour, garlic powder, salt and pepper 
2️⃣heat a nonstick pan and spray with nonstick spray
3️⃣once hot pour the batter on the pan and cook for 3 mins on a low heat 
4️⃣add the pepper and spinach and cook for another 30 seconds.
5️⃣Flip over and cook for s further 1 minute.
6️⃣serve immediately with toppings of your choice (avocado, hummus, tahini, coconut yogurt etc

I love actually having time in the morning to make incredible breakfasts like this one 🙌🏼 You guys know I love my oatmeal, but it’s nice to switch it up every once in a while when I have the time for it!
Today’s #breakfast is really just SO good, too, and definitely worth the time:
- 2 egg omelette filled with sautéed mushrooms, onion, cherry tomatoes, spinach, and potato, leftover salmon from last night’s dinner, & fresh goat cheese

- a few strawberries, sliced
- almond milk & black coffee

This morning has been a little rough so far (bad body image is a bitch!) but this breakfast is definitely perking me up & providing me with plenty of nutrients and fuel necessary to turn my attitude around & have a killer day. I hope you all crush this one, too! 💪🏼💓

в обед пришла мама, дала кучу заданий, и я принялась их выполнять.
прибралась везде, белье сняла и развесила. но по большей части лежала.
еще и бисак плохо действует, просто пока что живот болит..и голода совсем нет, это больше всего бесит, лучше бы уж я его постоянно чувствовала, и началось это чертово #realrecovery.
сходила на работу к маме, посидела там минут 20, взяла деньги на Мезим, в аптеку сгоняла и домой.
пришла и стала готовить ужин, чтоб уже быстрее поесть (не хочется, просто н а д о).
сейчас поужинаю и буду снова просто лежать, скука. не люблю такие дни. не люблю когда нет планов.

I buy my chickpeas dried, it takes some planning and time to cook them but it saves so much packaging and it's a lot cheaper than buying a can or a jar everytime! You could also just cook all of them at once and freeze them for later use!

Momentan hab ich leider ein bisschen mit meinem #bodyimage zu kämpfen, das kennen ja wahrscheinlich viele vor allem bei diesem warmen Wetter..! Da tat mir diese fantastische Bowl gestern meeega gut, ein richtiges #soulfood 😌! An solchen Tagen heißt es dann einfach nur durchbeißen und die blöde Stimme der ES zu ignorieren!!! Ich weiß, dass es nicht einfach ist -aber es ist der einzig richtige Weg! Es ist nur umso wichtiger, Erfolge für sich selbst zu erzielen und den Stolz siegen zu lassen!!! Wir werden uns nicht unterkriegen lassen und uns von der ES die Freude am Leben nehmen lassen!!!! WIR WERDEN KÄMPFEN, FÜR UNS, FÜR UNSERE ZIELE, TRÄUME & WÜNSCHE, FÜR UNSERE FREUNDE UND NATÜRLICH FÜR UNSERE FAMILIE!!! >WIR HABEN EIN LEBEN OHNE „ES“ VERDIENT!!!💗

Heute gab es zum Lunch leckere gefüllte #Crêpes mit Salat.🔥 Diese Crêpes waren echt super gut! 😍 Jetzt werde ich nach einem Spaziergang in der Stadt, mich noch ein bisschen Sonnen und dabei #Vitamin D tanken. ☀️ Das Wetter hier in #Hamburg ist echt mega schön! 💪🏽

Last week we visited France with our French group for only a day 😂💪🏼 The time was short, it was very exhausting and hot but we had a nice time and gained experience 💙🤗 I will plan to visit the city for another time because we hadn't enough time to try all the delicious food like for example crêpes or macarons 🙊😌🥐🥖🥧

We decided to travel this summer to Italy for three weeks with my father 🚗😍🇮🇹 I'm looking forward to it but I'm afraid that my family is going to control me a lot and causing stress because of food... I'm trying to give my best and to enjoy the time and food! 💪🏼🍧🍕🍝☀️🏄🏽‍♀️

It's possibile that I will go inpatient after the holidays during the school time... It's very hard for me to miss school lessons and I am worrying a lot about it... But let's see 🤷🏼‍♀️💭
