A great #breakfast in the morning is more than needed when the whole day will be devoted to studying! I made myself a bowl of carrot cake oatmeal that I topped with banana slices, strawberries, cacao nibs, ground flax, cookie spread and tiramisu chocolate plus to drink a cup of black coffee!🤟🏻

Yesterday we had our first proper ringette game of the season. It was a tie but the other team was a good one. I also got playing time more than usually. I had a lot of fun and no problem to keep up with the others. Food truly is fuel in addition to enjoyment. Back to the beginning I had no energy to skate or enjoy the game. It was just all about burning calories but luckily not anymore. I do it because I love it and the only goal is to be the best version of myself, not better than everyone else. I have noticed that the more I practise this kind of mindset the more happier I’ll be. Try changing your mindset and one day you’ll notice that you are free.✨

This was so delicious and is definitely one of my fav takeout foods. Takeout foods are very common fear foods, solely because of the unknown oil, salt, sugar, etc. When it comes down to it, the only reason those things go into the food is to make it taste good, not to make you fat. And it won’t! Takeout food is just fuel for your body and in moderation, it’s amazing.

I have hardly had an appetite today but because I chose to climb, I knew there was no option to NOT refuel my body with the nutrition it needs. Had some salad along with this and my yogurt and almond butter toast night snack. Celebrate your wins, friends. Big or small- celebrate them all. 🤗

Lunch was a quinoa burger again on an everything bagel thin with a handful of carrots and a protein bar! Not my favorite bar of all time. Having a hard time eating lately due to my lack of appetite but am trying to push through anyway. Looking forward to trying something somewhat new for dinner!!

Been under the weather for the past few days and my husband ordered a lobster bisque soup for me. I wasn’t able to have it since my throat won’t let me! 
Now that I can eat again, I transformed the lobster bisque soup into a creamy  pasta sauce. I threw a couple of mussels and voila...my new favorite recovery pasta!

I had to quit something i love doing being it gave me too much anxiety :(
Food has been on and off, counting then not, eat normally then not eating enough at all. I am still self harming, less than usual though. Which i guess is good? :/ -
On a good note. I have come to the conclusion that i dont want to die. I dont. I truly dont. I enjoy having emotions, even the bad ones. I am living for the feeling of love. Not just from other people but to myself. I have an 8yr old sister that i love so much. I want her to have a childhood filled with happy memories, i dont want to destroy her by killing myself. I cant do that to her. She is so precious. Im living for her, and for myself <3

hello luviesssss 💫🌼 today was not a good day :((( today I had bacon, eggs, strawberries, English muffin with peanut butter, than banana with Nutella, fish sticks with cookies and creme yogurt as well as popcorn, a fiber one bar, a rice and beef bowl, and of course ice cream 💞✨ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
today was stressful and painful. I felt like Ana was just screaming at me, asking me what am I doing with my life if I’m not my goal weight, if I’m not skinny enough. I was really really lazy today, and Ana made sure I feel extremely guilty for that. I had nothing to do so I did nothing but watch tv, relaxing and peaceful tv because my body and my mind was to tired to do anything else. It’s really tiring battling this disorder everyday. I felt so fat and ugly today and I HATE the medication I am taking right now because it makes me retain so much water and that makes me feel even more fat and gross so yay :( I’m really sorry this isn’t a positive post, today was just not a good day. The times I thought about giving up on recovery today were multiple, and I just felt like shit. I’m not exited what so ever to go to Florida. I have to go to Florida to get all my things and move them to Michigan and I’m panicking hardcore right now because i don’t know why, but everytime I go back there i feel so hopeless and weak, Florida reminds me of so so many bad times and I honestly don’t like it what so ever. Last time I went to Florida to I almost fell into relapse :/ it was not pretty, nor fun what so ever. I just have to keep telling myself that recovery is so so much less painful than fearing food my whole life, restricting constantly hating myself no matter what, most likely die due to the lack of food, never have the ability to have children, and never have peace and happiness in my life. Today, the second week consecutive I ate pizza! Because every week is week to follow your desires and eat pizza! 🎉🍕
Today was a day relatively normal, I had no idea that would eat it today, it was not in my plans. But my father was not eat pizza last week then he was in the mood and I had to do this sacrifice! 😅
I spent the afternoon with my father and was an afternoon well fun, 🙂 including, we were on the market and I bought snacks that I am eager to prove (I can show in stories) 
We went to this pizzeria because everyone said it was wonderful, well, being honest i've tried much better! 😅😅 The mass was well thin and was not hot ... but for the first time I ate the same amount that my family, this is a great victory! 🎉🎉🎉🎉
By the way, I ate a piece marguerita, tomato chunk piece and chocolate piece :) My favorite was sure to dry tomato! I was a little anxious because of the chocolate pizza cheese, I usually do not like sweet pizzas that have cheese, but that's okay!
I think so ends the experience of today, I am taking a tea and taking advantage of the rest of the night ❤️❤️❤️

The last days I did so many big and important steps!🌸 I remembered all things I knew, I noticed again that it is MY recovery, I do it for ME, for MY future, for MY wishes, for MY body and for MY soul! There are so many things I want to reach in my life but they are only possible with healthiness!💖 I was alone at home for around three days and I grew up, I grew up cause it wasn’t as stressful as usually and that was why I had time for myself, for taking care of myself, for thinking about me and my life!💜 I enjoyed the time without expectations of others cause I could follow my own wishes and routine!💞 I was so much more relaxed than the last time and found finally back to my balance I missed that much, It made me stronger for the next time and of course really motivated! They also contain vitamins C & E to combat oxidative stress caused by effects of alcohol & tons of fibre (if eaten with skin on) also great for getting the digestion system back on track as alcohol is dehydrating and can cause constipation. This root veg also stabilises the electrolytes levels from fluids lost due to sweating as sweet potato is rich in potassium. It’s one of my favourite foods and restores me right back. ♦️💪🏽

Io oggi sto molto bene!! Mi sono svegliata presto però, alle 8🙄 sono rimasta nel letto per un po' ma poi mi sono alzata perché avevo troppa voglia di fare colazioneee😍
È davvero il mio pasto preferito, la amo🤩
Mi sento molto serena e positiva stamattina, sarà perché è sabato ahaha 
E poi ieri è stata proprio una bella giornata insieme al mio ragazzo💑, sono stata benissimo, ho cenato da lui e non ho avuto crisi o chissà che paranoie. Solo qualche pensiero💭 ma poi stando con lui vanno via.
Continuo a vedermi male male e ad avere quei dolori alla pancia, a volte forti altre meno, ma fa niente, me li tengo🤷🏼‍♀️
Stamattina ho tante cose da fare: compiti📚, passare dai nonni a prendere le crepes, passare a casa di mamma a recuperare alcune cose e alle 12:30 ho la dietista👩🏻‍⚕️, chissà come andrà🤞🏻, non la vedo da tre settimane e sono un po' agitata. La mia parte malata vorrebbe sapere il peso, vorrebbe vederlo basso, sempre più basso. MA IO NO❌ infondo so che non è quello che voglio davvero, perché, come ha scritto @ilsapore_delle_mandorle: "cos'è il peso? Un numero a caso. Che cambia pure, pensate. Magari il corpo riflette quel numero.. ma di per sè, a che serve? A NULLA." "Smettiamo di credere che il peso o il corpo siano legati alla felicità." "Iniziamo a credere che ci sia altro di noi oltre che un'immagine." Ha ragione, le sue parole sono state bellissime. Faccio davvero molta fatica a mettere in atto questi pensieri, ma è già una cosa positiva l'essere d'accordo con essi. 
Ricordiamoci che ciò che conta sono i momenti, non i numeri. Ciò che ricorderemo e che racconteremo tra 20 anni sono le esperienze vissute, le emozioni provate, le piccole cose rimaste nel cuore, non il peso più basso raggiunto.
Ora vado a studuare, buon sabato🦋

Yesterday I found a cent which is a symbol of luck. And then I lost it, it fell down. I lost the luck but I didn’t give up, I searched it for a few minutes and I found it again!🌸 I saw how important fighting and not giving up is, I saw finding your luck is possible-sometimes we only have to search a bit longer! It’s okay loosing it sometimes but then be sure it’s in your own hand finding it again!💗 Every little happening can make you more attentive for important things in your life, learn from all what’s possible.💜

Not gonna lie I’ve been obsessed with drinking sugar free soda for a long time already. It’s true that in recovery you should always try to go with the sugared full fat options but personally I’d say that drinking diet products every once in a while is okay as long as you don’t replace real food with them. Healthy equals balance. Sometimes that means choosing the lighter option but the next time going with the original!🤷🏼‍♀️

Get yourself some christmas vibes with these heavenly gingerbread bites:
👉🏻 You’ll need 6 pitted dates, ½ cup ground nuts (I used hazel), 1 tbsp maple syrup, 1 tsp cinnamon, ½ tsp ginger, ¼ tsp nutmeg, ¼ tsp cloves and a pinch of sea salt
👉🏻 Just blend all the ingredients together, roll into balls and decorate with melted chocolate if you’re feeling a bit extra!

Был то совет ("советую сменить туфли на другие"), дружеская шутка, что может показаться обидной ("ты в этом пальто на мою бабушку похожа") или, вообще, хамское замечание ("такая у тебя кожа дряблая"). Даже если перед этим ты добавил очень учтивое и вежливое: "Без обид, конечно" или "Можешь прислушиваться, а можешь - нет"...ты всё-равно нарушил личное пространство человека, что даже не хотел впускать тебя в свою жизнь.

⠀  Кто знает, как отреагирует на всё это объект твоего о(б)суждения. Может, действительно прислушается, может, плюнет и забудет, а может - сильно расстроится или куда хуже..Стоит ли это того?

Ahhh happy friday Luvs 💓✨ today was a REALLLLL “f Ana” day but I’m realer regretting that right now :((( anyways today I had banana oatmeal with cinnamon with a egg omelet, a fiber one bar, bacon and chicken soup with a rice cake, cheez itz, 3 (YES 3 😍) slices of pizza because I am hella hungry today and it’s Friday so like why not?? also a so ice cream 💞 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ my urges were fine up until I was like “F IT I WANT MORE PIZZA” and am so so mad at myself for eating that extra slice. I was originally just going to have 2, but than had 3 and ughhhhh I feel like I’m going to get so fat and blow up like a whale :( I so badly right now want to purge all of the food in my body right now but HELL TO THE NO am I going to listen to my head. I need to feed my body, not my thoughts. Extra food = extra love and kindness towards my body, it appreciates being feed, being energized, food is not to be feared, but to be enjoyed and eaten ❣️ I’m going to do a few things to get my mind of these dreadful thoughts 🙄 dealing with them everyday is so mentally draining and extremely stressful and I just feel so fat right now but the real truth is #1 , I’m just bloated because of my medication, #2.) Ahhh happy friday Luvs 💓✨ today was a REALLLLL “f Ana” day but I’m realer regretting that right now :((( anyways today I had banana oatmeal with cinnamon with a egg omelet, a fiber one bar, bacon and chicken soup with a rice cake, cheez itz, 3 (YES 3 😍) slices of pizza because I am hella hungry today and it’s Friday so like why not?? also a so ice cream 💞 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ my urges were fine up until I was like “F IT I WANT MORE PIZZA” and am so so mad at myself for eating that extra slice. Hi friends!! Sorry I’ve been so inactive - I’m just trying to soak up as much time with my sister as I can before she leaves town & so I haven’t had much time for instagram/making my meals pretty & photographing them/posting. I’m doing pretty well though, and I hope you all are also!
I’m a bit stressed for the wedding tomorrow (lots of people & food and I don’t know what to wear) but it’s an intuitive eating day - so is today! - so not having the stress of meeting a specific minimum is making me feel a lot better. I’m determined to just go with the flow, eat whatever sounds good, drink lots of champagne, and enjoy myself.
Intuitive eating is going well this week & I’m having a lovely time with my sister. Yesterday we went climbing & to acro and it was super fun. It’s so nice to be in the same state as her again. 💓
Anyways, here is today’s intuitive meals so far (plus unpictured coffee with almond milk & a big bowl of pineapple, grapefruit, and watermelon).

bfast -> a mashed sweet potato topped with a pumpkin spice oatmeal banana waffle & sliced banana, plus goat milk yogurt and lots of fruit all drizzled with the entire (!) squeeze pouch of @rxbar honey cinnamon peanut butter

lunch -> an egg roll in a bowl type thing with ground turkey, leftover egg roll filling (we made homemade egg rolls last night), leftover stir fry with shiitakes, broccoli, and loads of other veggies, served on a bed of brown rice with toasted sesame seeds & a drizzle of Frank’s original

My new favorite meal. 4 oz each chilled tuna, peas and cottage cheese w/ radish...sometimes cheddar cheese and on special occasion also bacon.

Aftensnack - knækbrød med nutella🍫, 1 æble🍎 og kakaomælk🥛. Dejligt at være hjemme igen efter en lang dag med tid i "samvær", cykling🚴🏼‍♀️ og spisning med håndboldpigerne. Aftensnacken bliver noget udfordrende, og især kakaoen, fordi jeg har fået sandwich til aftensmad så føler at jeg har fået for meget at spise. Men jeg ved det er noget jeg skal igennem, så jeg må og skal have det spist! Leider fängt bei uns jetzt hier der Herbst an. Jedenfalls Wetter mäßig😓 ich höre von total vielen das sie sich darauf freuen aber ich persönlich hasse lange dicke Klamotten und regen😂

And now the good news! ✅ I CAN GO HOME THIS WEEKEND!! I am SO happy and nervous 🙃 Since I live 2,5 hours away from the hospital I can even leave TONIGHT and I can also stay for 2 NIGHTS!! I’m leaving the hospital in a couple of hours (so tonight I’ll have to snack outside the hospital). I’m so happy that I can be surrounded by my family and that I can go outside whenever I want! But it’s also super stressful, cause I don’t know if I’ll be able to control my anorexia 😖 I’m going to try to do my best and show everyone that I’m stronger and that I can do it. I just want to make my family proud and happy 💗 so yeah, let’s see how it goes.. wish me luck! You guys keep fighting and stay strong 🧡💪🏻
