Ich weiß echt nicht wie ich diesen Post beginnen soll.
Ich möchte nämlich über eine Person schreiben die echt schwer zu beschreiben ist. Es gibt so viele Worte aber ich finde einfach nicht die, die zu 100% passen. Aber ich glaube "Engel" kommt ihr schon relativ nahe.
Ich verdanke ihr so viel und ich weiß immernoch nie wie ich das formulieren soll! Sie hat mir gezeigt dass es sich immer zu kämpfen lohnt, egal wie ausweglos es scheint. Dass das Leben schön sein kann und lebenswert ist! Ich hab von ihr gelernt, dass ihre knallharte Ehrlichkeit mit der ich anfangs gar nicht umgehen konnte, das größte Geschenk ist was sie mir machen konnte. 
Sie hat mich Nächte lang therapiert und mir immer das gesagt was ich vielleicht nicht hören wollte aber was eben wahr ist!
Sie war immer für mich da und hat sich geduldig meine mehr oder weniger schlimnen Probleme angehört, egal wie schlecht es ihr selber ging und sie hat meine ewigen Stimmungsschwankungen ausgehalten, was allein schon einen Orden verdient.
Ich habe bisher schon 2 mal versucht auf sie sauer zu sein - erfolglos. Ich habe sie einfach schon zu sehr ins Herz geschlossen und vertraue ihr mehr als ich mir das selbst jemals zugetraut hätte.
Liebe Eva, ich möchte, dass du weißt, dass ich dich unendlich lieb habe. Dass du ein wertvoller, wundervoller, talentierter Mensch bist. Du bisher schon unglaublich viel Stärke bewiesen hast und immer mein großes Vorbild sein wirst.
Ich möchte, dass du weißt, dass du perfekt bist. Vielleicht nicht für jeden - aber für mich❤

#nightsnack was a #fresubin with a #nutella #porridge and an apple

I saw I was running out of nutella so I decided to make a comfy porridge with the rest. I always use the jar for this so no nutella is wasted. Eventhough it was quite a big layer on the ground and I was scared it could be too sweet but there can't be too much. It was so worth it😍😍
So today was another quite good day I had selfmade applestrudel from my grandma for lunch and just everything I wanted. I'm kinda proud of the progress I made. I have also been to another psychologist and she also said I do very well.💪 I am so full now but this conversation gave me so much motivation. But now I am going to sleep so I won't care obout it any longer.

C’est avec un énormeeeeee RECOVERY WIN et un peu de fierté je l’avoue que je viens vers vous ce soir 🙄 J’ai bien remarqué que je retombais dans l’engrenage en ce moment ..😣 Et ça c’est hors de question ❌ L’année dernière, à la même époque, j’étais hospitalisée 🏥 et j’allais passer les fêtes seule sans ma famille 😖🎄 Je ne veux plus revivre ça ! Et je sais que je dois casser mes habitudes, mes routines, qui me tirent petit à petit vers le fond ... Alors ce soir j’ai décider de me bouger et de travailler sur une de mes plus grandes peurs / phobies alimentaires : les plats cuisinés 🍝😰 J’ai réussi à mettre de la sauce sur mes pâtes et à mélanger mes ingrédients 💪🏻 Certes, il y a encore très peu de matières grasses je vous l’accorde mais j’ai franchis le pas c’est le plus important 🤗 Cela a été très difficile.. j’ai mis beaucoup de temps à manger et j’ai même pleuré (paniquée en voyant le plat 😭) .. Mais qu’importe je l’ai fait et maintenant que je suis CONTENTE de l’avoir fait ✅💪🏻🤩 Allez à votre rythme, peu importe ce que les autres pense, il ne sont pas à votre place ✨ Il n’y a pas de petits progrès ✔️

Was soll ich sagen? Ich bin müde. So unglaublich müde. Ich will mich einfach nur verkriechen, ich will dass das Gedankenchaos aufhört.
Ich will endlich wieder schlafen können. Und das nicht nur in Physik. Ich will schlafen und nicht nur mit offenen Augen an die Decke starren!
Ich will endlich wieder lachen können ohne genau zu spüren dass das nicht meine Glückshormone sind sondern das nur am Medikament liegt, an diesem scheiß Medikament von dem ich jetzt schon so abhängig bin dass ich bei halber Dosis die ganze Zeit heulen könnte!
Ich will endlich wieder gute Zeiten haben die ich gar nicht genießen kann weil es nur eine Frage der Zeit ist bis das Tief mich wieder einholt. Die Leere. Das Nichts. Der Druck irgentwas zu machen Alkohol Svv Hungern irgentetwas!
Ich habe mich wirklich noch nie auf Therapie gefreut - aber jetzt tu ich es. Mal sehen wie das morgen wird. Ich hoffe einfach dass ich nicht heule.

Okay okay I know my last post was also an oatmeal baked pancake, but this was was too good not to share as well!! Instagram, meet this gorgeous matcha collagen, almond, and coconut baked oatmeal “Dutch baby” pancake. Today’s my first day of break, and I wanted to celebrate with a fun (but easy) breakfast - and this may be one of my greatest inventions so far.

deetz -> the same recipe as before (ground oats, baking powder, salt, collagen, egg, mashed banana, and almond milk), except with no cinnamon & I used matcha collagen rather than regular, and instead of putting in chopped apples, I mixed chopped almonds and toasted coconut flakes into the batter. Topped with whipped pure coconut cream (which melted on the hot pancake - whoops), a dollop of almond butter, and lots of sliced strawbs.

I’ve been feeling consistently better this week/weekend! Yesterday I got a very scary addition to my meal plan from my dietician: two “other” exchanges every day. They can be anything I want, but I have to have them. The idea is to help me wrap my head around the idea of having “extras” and squash the little voice that claims that any extra anything above the minimum will make me fat (hint: it won’t). Yesterday I had my first extra: a coconut cookie with my night snack. And guess what? I’m not fat today, I didn’t magically gain 100 pounds; everything is well. I’m scared, yes, but excited. I’ll never fully recover if I rely on a meal plan to tell me exactly how much to eat. Flexibility is going to feel wonderful once I get over this spooky period of challenge, I’m sure.
Anyways, two days until Thanksgiving for all my American folks. I know how stressful that can be - so if anyone needs some love or support, I’m here for ya. You’ve got this. Don’t let your ED ruin the potential to enjoy time with your family/friends. ❤️

Essential fatty acids (EFAs) are 'essential' because they are not produced in the body and must be obtained through diet.  Linoleic acid is an EFA that is used by the brain to create prostaglandins as well as phospholipids that form the protective insulation (myelin sheath) around brain cells.  In Alcohol Use Disorder (AUD) the excessive consumption of alcohol has three main known actions on EFA and prostaglandin metabolism: it reduces blood levels of linoleic acid and induces or exaggerates EFA deficiency; it blocks metabolism of linoleic acid to EFA metabolites known to be important in brain structure (eg myelin sheath); and it enhances the conversion of linoleic acid metabolite (DGLA) to Prostaglandin Type 1 (PGE1) leading to its depletion. Er blevet ret vild med de småkager, de er virkelig gode på hver deres måde. 👌🏼☺️ Jeg er virkelig træt efter hårdt arbejde i stalden i dag, så det er tiltrængt at komme hjem og slappe af. Can’t believe I didn’t post this win yesterday! That’s how tired I was! These have been in my snack cupboard for over three months! But last night I had two!! OMG they are amazing! Chocolate, caramel, biscuit, fruit and nut!! So bloody proud of myself!!

So recently basically all my meals and snacks have been unsupervised, so I’ve had the choice to eat them. I have eaten everything every single time to practice. 
It’s so so hard being so close to a bin, but fighting to eat everything. 
I never thought I had the strength to do this, but I do. 
We are all capable of beating our Ed’s because we are stronger than them. 
So when you have the choice between eating or throwing in the bin, think of it as a choice between a happy life or anorexia. 
Because every bite you take is gaining a life. 
Every time you let it win, you take a step back to anorexia. 
You don’t need anorexia. 
You are stronger than her ❤️❤️

Idk why my drink looks so weird and layered but I swear it was delicious just the same😁 @grace.fullyrecovers came with me to my med appointment (she also had one so I can’t say that she drove into the city ALL for me, but I’m sure she would have😜) and was the best support person ever so creds to her for the fact that I didn’t leave in the middle of my appointment. I’m fine btw, this appointment had nothing to do with eating disorders💁🏻‍♀️ Honestly, Annette is the absolute best. I know I’ve said so many good things about her at this point that there isn’t anything left to say, but I 100% would not be where I am today without her. As one of or doctors said today, she’s going to make a great doctor some day👌🏻
Anyway, just wanted to pop on to prove that I still exist and am living a life full of yummy food. Cheers to making it through Monday, y’all🥂

I am not a recipe girl but I used only 6 eggs, 2 handfuls of shredded spinach, 2 mini orange peppers, 1/2 white onion, 1/2 zucchini added in some herb spice and pepper and poured into the smoked turkey already placed in the muffin tins.

Topped these with hummus and feta and it was hard to stop at 4 ... Yah, I challenge you to make them and try it ... It's hard!!🙈

I was pretty hungry eventhough I had this big Döner for dinner. But this is just another win for me bc I  wasn't restricting dispite it was a huge spontaneous #fearfood challenge.
Tomorrow is going to be another big challenge bc I'll go for lunch to my grandma's house and I don't know what she's cooking. Atm I am doing quite good I think.

Aujourd’hui, un lundi comme les autres pour moi : un peu de révision 📚 et puis j’ai aidé ma mère au travail ce matin ⌨️📞 Sinon la maladie reprend vraiment le dessus en ce moment 😖 Les repas se font, mais avec des pleurs et de fortes crises d’angoisses 😩 De plus je deviens de plus en plus hyper-active, je n’arrive plus à m’assoir plus de trente minutes .. C’est super frustrant car j’avais réussi à maîtriser tout cela depuis ma sortie d’hôpital 🏥 et puis là, sans aucune raison réelle, voilà que la maladie se montre de plus en plus jour après jour 😣 Mais je n’abandonne pas.. je me dis que si j’ai été capable d’arrêter tout ça une fois, il n’y a pas de raison pour que je ne réussisse pas à nouveau ✊🏻

Starting this beautiful day with some berries, kiwi, and superfood powders. 
I love including one smoothie bowl per day into my routine because you can easily mix superfoods such as spirulina, maca, matcha, camu camu, and yes...CBD in them. 
It's a great way to get all the benefits of the earth into one meal and feel good afterwards. One of my favorite times to have a bowl if not in the morning is after exercise. 
Having that carb to protein ratio as well as the recovery elements is so key in your physical and mental growth.

Smily face to cheer him up at our dinner tonight. He said he would like to go to the school this morning having had a spike of fever following great running and jumping around all day yesterday. He chose to eat streamed broccoli and cauliflower and tomato soup with roasted veg(paper, aubergine, chickpeas), kale and quinoa but not apple and strawberry crumble with custard. Probably that’s what the body needs right now(week12).

It wasn’t as bad as I had anticipated last night, going between “I can have 1.5 again” to “fuck it, i’m doing the full bloody bagel”. And this means incorporating bagels back into my diet from now on after two years of avoiding them. I also had butter in a french omelette for breakfast to fight the compensating ed behaviours. Good day so far. 👍

P.S. I recommend you try a french omelette. The technique is tricky, and I haven’t got it down yet, but it is really nice.🙂 -

1990 - It was almost impossible to look at myself in the mirror even when I had what the world would consider success. Eventually, I would destroy everything because cocaine was the only thing I cared about. I had to stop running and face the man in the mirror. I had to learn to BE or continue down the road of self-destruction. 
But being - was the last thing I wanted because then I would have to be with my pain. Secondly, my obsession to put myself down was driven by a brain hijacked by fear. It disfigured my perception of who I was from the age of five right into adulthood, and I did not like that person at all.

There is no way I would have had an awakening had I not learned to stop running and sit still. Through BEING I was able to be the conscious observer of my pain, I was able to dissolve, heal, suffer less and growing spiritually. It is true “suffering can be optional” once we learn to dissolve our attachment to it. BEING is how I finally met, and continue to meet, my true nature and oneness with love. I had to have an intimate relationship with myself, or there would be no recovery, no authentic life, no real purpose to share with the world.

This relationship brought me to the discovery that I was the Consciousness that thinks, feels and has body sensation not the other way around. 🌿7日間ファスティング 回復食1日目🌿

今日からやっと回復食です💕
.
でもまだ固形物は数日ダメなの。
.
で、朝は「スッキリ大根」をやりました。
.
「スッキリ大根」とは、回復食1食目に大根をよーく煮たものを梅干しと味噌と一緒によく噛んで食べて、腸内をフラッシング(洗浄)する事で腸内環境を整え、腸から綺麗になれる、ファスティングの「締め」みたいなものなんです。
.
体験談を聞くと大量の宿便が出たり、一日中トイレにいなくては行けない、などあるのだけど、私にはそこまで効かなくて(前回も特にスゴイモノは出なかった😅) 一回トイレに行ったぐらいです。
でも、スッキリ😆

この量の大根を30分かけてよーく噛んで(1口30回!)食すのだけど、大根の甘いことったら❤️

お味噌(小豆味噌)も梅干しもいつもの何倍も美味しく感じました!

7日間のファスティングで味覚が敏感になっているのでしょうね☺️

実はファスティングで一番重要なのはこの回復食!

何も食べないと、腸内細菌が激減するので、この回復食でどれだけ質の良い腸内細菌を新しく植え付けて育ててあげるか!がポイントです☝️

日本には沢山の素晴らしい発酵食品があるので、回復食のメニューにきちんと取り入れて腸内環境を整えてあげましょう!

昼と夜は野菜スープにしました。もちろん味付けは塩麹。発酵食品です😊
かなり薄味にしましたけど。

今回のファスティングでは-2kgの減量。7日間やったのでもうちょっと減るかなーと思ったけどそこまで。

痩せたい人は生理後にファスティングをすると効果的です💕

今回のファスティングの目的はデトックスだったので、それは達成出来た感はあります!

ここ数ヶ月主婦湿疹の手荒れが凄かったのだけど、随分と治りました👍
.
あと、鼻の毛穴が小さくなったり、おでこにあった小さなニキビ見たいのも無くなったし😆

後数日の回復食を楽しもうと思います❤️
